When we arrived to the doctor's office, it was extremely awkward. People just kept glancing at Justin and me as we waited. They were probably wondering "Why the heck are they here??" Ooh if they knew... "Y/n? The doctor is ready for you." A nurse told us and escorted us to the doctor. "Hello, y/n, Justin:)" she greeted us. "Im Doctor Casey Peekins, but you can call me Doctor Casey. So what are you too doing here today?" She asked casually. "Actually, we're here for an ultrasound." I spoke up. "We think that y/n might be pregnant." Justin said after. "Alrighty then. Y/n im just gonna need you to answer some simple questions before we do the ultrasound... Have you been having strange things happen? Cravings, vommiting?" "Actually i have been throwing up. The first time i threw up was Friday and then i threw up earlier today." "Interesting. And have you missed your period?" "Uhm i actually don't know. I havent really paid attention to it." "Alright and finally, when was the last time you two had sexual intercourse? Of course none of this can happen without it!" She said. "Last Thursday actually," Justin said. "It was only our second time actually." Justin smirked. "And have you two only went 'all the way' with eachother?" She asked. "Yes, Justin was my first." I confessed. "Y/n was also my first." He smiled. Well, i didnt know that! Thats sweet of him. "Okay, well i think we have the right answers to take a look." Doctor Casey told me to lie down on the weird couch bed thing. She pulled my dress up to the bottom base of my bra (i think it was kinda stupid to wear a dress to the doctor's now lol) and started putting the ultrasound gel on my stomache. I started laughing because it reminded me when Justin was on SNL with the Valentine's Day Message. "Why are you laughing?" He asked starting to chuckle. "I remembered your SNL episode. Haha." I giggled. The doctor then turned on the monitor and started taking the weird tool and was scanning my stomache. Justin and i wanted to be surprised with the news, so we asked if she could turn the monitor away. "Well, well look what we have here!" The doctor exclaimed. "Y/n you've been pregnant for 1 month now. Looks like it happened from your first time." She smiled. Justin's eyes lit up with joy looking at me. "Oops whats this?!" She looked back at the monitor. "Y/n you're not pregnant with a baby.." She softly announced. Justin and i looked down in dissapointment until we were interrupted once again. "You're pregnant with twins!" She exclaimed. Justin and i shot up and looked at eachother with happiness. We left the doctor's office filled with joy. Papparazzi following us trying to find out why we were there, but us not caring. "Baby this is amazing!" Justin exclaimed twirling me around in his arms. "We're gonna have our own little Biebers!" He finished. "I know Justin, im sooo excited! Im worried about this being too soon, but im glad this is all happening with you:)"
