*Iris POV*

I turned around to face the person I had heard making a sound.

"Loki," I said in relief, for a moment I had thought it would be the All Father. But then I realized my mistake. "I mean, Prince Loki," and I quickly made a reverence.
I accidentily had slip at Frigga that I sort of liked Loki but to my suprise she had already guessed that. Unfortunately, Odin had been there too when I had uttered my feelings - I was driven in a corner okay? I had to say something for myself and I had, in my panic, told her the truth - and now I expected the All Father to come to talk to me about his son any moment. Because, of course, when I had realized the King was there too, I had fled their presence in embarrassment.

"I was wondering if you would like to go with me to Midgard?" Loki asked avoiding my eyes and staring to something in the distance while leaning against the doorpost.

That took me by suprise. "Wait, what?" I replied confused. That was the last thing I had expected from him.

He rolled his eyes, still avoiding my gaze. "My parents think it'll be a good idea for us to visit Earth."

I only became more confused. The King and Queen thought... They did gave me their blessing?
"You want to visit Midgard with me?" I repeated and till my suprise, he laughed. What was going on?

"Somehow my father thinks I can learn from Midgardians, and my mother thinks it will be a great oppurtunity for you to test your magic there. Think of it as a field trip without supervision."

I tried not to look too disappointed. Of course that was the reason. How could I possibly think there was more behind it than a learning oppurtunity.

"Alright," I said when I was recovered from my disappointment. "Lead the way, my Prince."

He nodded and motioned for me to follow him. We almost left the palace without being noticed, almost.

"Brother! Where are you going?" Thor asked but then his eye fell upon me. "Milady," he greeted me and with an even bigger grin he turned back to Loki.
"Where are you ánd Iris going?" he reformed his question and Loki pinched the bridge of his nose before answering.

"None of your business, brother," he spat and Thor slightly raised an eyebrow with twinkling eyes.

"Alright alright, I'll leave you two to whatever you're going to do," Thor said and he patted Loki's shoulder before leaving.

I fiddled with my fingers. "Well, that may have given him the wrong expression."

"Possibly."

I tried to catch his glance but he carefully avoided mine. What was up with him? He acted strange. Well, not as usual was more like it. He started to walk again and I followed him to the stables. Our horses were already saddled and I mounted the black mare which was assigned to me for the time being. Her name was Elvira and we had grown very close, I always had loved horses even though when I had gotten magic lessons from the Queen, I never had ridden a horse before. Another thing I had had to learn from the Royal Family...

We set course to the Guard of the rainbow bridge and not long after we had reached the Himinbjörg. Heimdall wore as usual his golden armour with helmet and after his formal greet, he told us to stand on the other side of the globe. I had never traveled with the Bifröst before and I was quite nervous. I had to fight the urge to grab Loki's arm and started to fiddle with my fingers again.

"Where are we going exactly?" I asked with a whispering voice and Loki must have felt my nervousity because he hooked my arm through his.

"London," he answered while I tried to hold my thoughts together. He held my arm!

I cleared my throat. "London?" I had no idea where that was but then, I actually didn't quite know much about Earth.

A movement caught my attention and I saw Heimdall stabbing his sword into the platform to trigger the Bifröst. I tightened my grip around Loki's arm when the globe started to spin. He chuckled and stroked my hand with his other hand to assure me everything was alright. All the colours of the rainbow appeared in front of us and I took a deep breath before we jumped into it.

We shot through space and I felt a slight jolt, almost as if we were going off course. I wanted to question Loki about the slight disturbance but then we landed.

Only to get hit by a frisbee.

I uttered a sound of pain but that turned into a scream when I saw some kind of beast jumping towards me. Loki made a hand movement and the beast hanged still in the air. I could now see it was a dog with a black fur and some brown stripes in it. Its brown eyes stood happy and enthusiastic and then I realized it had been chasing the frisbee.

"Oi! Let him go!" I heard a voice yell and Loki and I moved out of the way before Loki let go off of the dog.

A young teenage girl came running our way, her long blonde hair fluttering behind her. "No need to use your gift on my dog when you appear out of nowhere," she told Loki on a firm tone.

Loki seemed truly suprised by her statement and I too was confused. She didn't seem to find it strange that Loki could use magic. In fact, she had called it a gift.

The dog waggled its tail and layed the frisbee in front of the girl's feet. She stroked his fur and tilted her head a bit. "Where did you come from? There was a huge beam and suddenly you two stood here. Obviously you two come from outer space but I never thought that was even possible." Even though the girl had asked a question, she never gave us the chance to answer it.

When she paused for a moment, Loki quickly returned a question. "Who are you, girl?"

"Who are you calling a girl? I'm barely younger than you two."

Loki quirked an eyebrow and I chuckled. Perhaps in appearance we look the same age but I was sure she wasn't almost 1030 years old.

"I am Iris, this is Loki. We come from a place called Asgard. Now, who are you?"

"I am Elizabeth, this is Wolf," and she pointed at the dog which was still waggling its tail. "Welcome to Earth," she continued and I had the feeling I was going to like this girl, even though she had hit me with a frisbee and her dog had almost attacked me.

A/N: This was the last chapter of everyone's past. I think it is time for the grand finale!
You're all about to meet your biggest fears... [insert dramatic music] Moehahaha!

And after that, this book will be over. But maybe I'll start an other one, maybe a Doctor Who or Lord of the Rings?
I don't know yet, first I will focus on my Narnia FanFiction and Short Story :P

Anyways, stay tuned!
