Georgia's POV

I sat up in bed welcoming the day, it's been 2, days since the loss of my fiancé and James has been helping me so much I don't know how to repay him.

Alexs funeral was a hard day but at lease I had someone for me just like I was there for him when he needed me.

Flashback

"Haha look at the fat boy" the schools biggest bully said as he knocked down James.

"You need to lose weight or your car won't be able to carry you" he said again, them words were hurtful for 8 year olds to hear.

"Hey leave him alone!" I shouted.

"Aweeee look a little girls standing up for you, I guess you are a little baby after all" he said.

"Oh no you didn't mister!" I shouted.

"Pfff and what are you gonna do about it little girl" he said he cooed.

Let's just say I kicked him harder than I intended in the place where the sun don't shine.

Flashback over

I smiled a the memory, the kid after that never bothered with James or me again.

"Hey what are you smiling at over there" I jumped a bit because I didn't hear him come in.

"Just remembering the funny times back in high school" I replied.

James has been living in my house since Alex died, he comforts me that's why he's still here because I still feel empty without Alex.

I was brought back to the present by James saying my name.

"Um hellooooo anyone there" James said while waving a hand in front of my face.

"Pffff yeah sorry what where you saying" I said awkwardly.

"Ugh you weren't even listening" he wined like a child.

"Ahaha yeah sorry about that I was just think again"

"Yeah whatever, like I was saying I was wondering if you want to move to one of my apartments for a while since it's probably you get away from this apartment for a while. He asked.

I though about at and he was right this place was a bit depressing and it reminded me of him to much.

I finally case up with my answer "yeah I guess just for a while, while I get mu life back together"

"Okay great well I've got a meeting soon so I better go so while I'm there maybe you should go pack your bags?" He asked.

"Yep okay" I answered with a sad smile.

James POV

Finally I'm getting closer to her she relies on me so much for comfort which I'm enjoying if I say so myself.

The apartment she's going to be living in is mine for a few weeks, by the end of September hopefully she will be mine.

Georgia's POV

When we got to the apartment I was in total shock it was like a apartment out of a magazine.

It had a marble kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a walk in closet and a bathroom each, a study room, a games room, a massive living room and a movie theatre and on top of the roof there is a glass pool.

"Well here's your room" he opened the door to a bigger room than mine at my other apartment.

"Thank you" I gave him a quick small smile and walked in.

"Well I've got to head out now so make yourself at home"James said before he left.

"Yep" I muttered under my breath.

I walked to the other end of the room and opened the door to the small balcony.

I could see over Central Park and most of the other buildings... And for once in my life I felt free.

So another chapter yay! Well I'm not going to be updating next week or maybe the next two weeks because I've got all my school assessments coming in and I simply don't have time to write :( anyways I hope you enjoyed and thank you for 600+ reads!
