Chapter 2

Your POV
I wake up to Adam screaming at someone, I flutter my eyes open to see Adam yelling at Max as he is backing away from Adam towards the door "Adam stop!" I yell and run and jump on Adam's back "Elizabeth get off me" Adam growled "Then back away from Max" I said and smacked his arm as he walked away from Max "good" I said and walked over to Max "You okay?" I asked "Im gonna go home" Max said awkwardly and opened the door "Bye" I mumbled sadly as he walked out the door, I walked upstairs to my room and took my beanie off to brush my hair, I move the hair from in front of my eye revealing the other half of my face, I look down sadly and shake my head as I continue to brush my hair. I through on a black crop top with a cat face, white ripped jean shorts, long black converses and a black beanie with moon phases on it. I put my hair over my eye and walked down stairs "Hey Elizabeth what do you think of me as?" Adam asked me and I looked up in surprise "As a brother" I responded "Good" he said happily "Now lets go!" He said and grabbed my arm "Where?" I asked "Where'd ya think?" He asks while I just stare at him "The offices idiot!" He says while laughing "OMG YESH!" I scream as we run into the car and drive

My smile fades as we walk into the offices and I see Max, and of course Adam notices and pulls me over to his office "Did Max so something?" he asks "No" I reply vastly "Don't lie to-" I cut him short as I run out into Max's office and lock the door "What the hell do yo- Oh hi" his anger fades and his cheeks  tint when he sees me his voice going quiet in the process.  "Elizabeth!" Adam knocks on the door and I bite my cherry red bottom lip. "What did you do?" Max mumbles "He thinks you did something" I half-smirk, his face drops "You bastard" He pushes me out of the way and opens the door "Adam she is right there" Max points to me "Ah no!" I hide under the desk "Elizabeth- You're going to tell me everything" Adam drags me out of Max's office by my feet, I sigh and just let this happen. "Adam- nothing happened, im just awkward" I lie. "Hmm, so am I" He lets my feet go and walks off leaving me abandoned in the middle of the office floor "But Adam" I call and cross my arms  "Umm hi!" I see Ross "Ug" I mumble "Whats up?" He lays next to me "The Roof" I mumble "Nice" He says

"Hey Liz wanna come over and watch anime?" Ross asks "Please" I say, he smiles "Adam! Im leaving with Ross!" I Shout and walk out of the offices with him "Max is already in the car so we can head out
