Chapter 5

It's been a week since the pizza delivery incident. A lot has changed since then. Louis remembers walking into work one day to find his best friend Zayn engaged in a tongue battle with fellow worker Liam in the kitchen, he just smirked and walked away. Harry has been visiting Louis at work also, dropping by to get his usual order of: Iced caramel latte with extra caramel, it's gotten to the point that Louis has one already made his order even before Harry gets to the shop. They would drink and talk before Harry would have to leave to work on some project with Ed. Things were getting better. Except one thing would always knock Louis out of his paradise. Eleanor. Who has become so clingy that Louis tries to keep a low profile whenever he is out. He has had enough of her and decided to end things. He decided he would do it today, face to face.

He got into his car and headed for Eleanor's. Just as he turned the ignition on, a ring came from his phone, he leaned over it to find that it was Harry or 'Haz', his contact name, just texted him.

From Harry (13:00)

"Ed's out with Lucy, his girlfriend, I don't want to be alone, mind if I meet up with you? I mean, you don't HAVE to, I can always go to the park alone, I'll be fine it's just. I like your company."

Louis' chest roared with excitement as he read the last sentence. He couldn't help but smile. Harry actually enjoyed being with him. The thought was to much and his cheeks hurt from how much he smiled. He nearly forgot what he had to do first.

From Louis (13:12)

"Haz! Of course I'll meet up with you! What are friends for, aye! I got to meet someone first. Will text you when I'm done. xx"

Harry's heart skipped at the way Louis calls him 'Haz' no one has ever nicknamed him before, he felt a fuzzy feeling in his stomach but soon dissipated as he continued to read the message. Who did he have to meet? Eleanor?

From Haz (13:13)

"You meeting Eleanor, Lou? xxx"

Louis' heart dropped the way Harry knew Eleanor was the person he was going to meet. Then all of the sudden he saw 'Lou'. Harry has never called him that, why is there 3 kisses? thats one more than me! Shall I reply with 4? Oh I'm being childish. Still it won't hurt to try. He thought.

From Lou (13:15)

"Yes, I think it's time I ended things with her. I need time to think and being in a relationship restricts me from doing so. Why? xxxx"

Harry's insides burst into a million pieces as he found out Louis was going to end 'Elounor'. Fuck! He wants to know why though? Aww! He put 4 kisses he is so sweet? Shall I put 4 back? Or maybe even 5? I don't want to seem obvious.

From Haz (13:20)

"Lou, it's nothing I just thought you were unhappy with her, I'm so glad you're breaking up with her. Does this mean more Harry + Louis time? xxxx"

Louis dropped his phone after reading the text. He contemplated what to say for the next couple of minutes. His palms sweating, he could hear his heart beat. He could see his breath as it escaped those confused lips of his. Harry was happy they were breaking up! Why? He didn't care as he quickly replied and set off for Eleanor's house.

From Lou (13:30)

"Yes ;) xxxx"

The whole process wasn't as bad as Louis expected it to be. Maybe it was because he got kicked out her house the moment he said "I think we should break up". However he did get a cup full of coffee to the face before she kicked her out. At least it's over. Louis was single and that's all he wanted. He took out his phone to text Harry.

From Lou (14:06)

"Meet me at the park in half an hour? xxx"

Harry froze as he read the message. Half an hour! That's not enough time to get ready! He looked down on himself and stared as he only had a pair of Calvin Klein boxers. His tanne skin glistened in the sunlight. Without a second of doubt Harry ran into the shower. He had to make an impression, he didn't know why, he just knew he had to.

Louis was waiting in the car just outside the entrance of the park, Harry would be here soon. Harry, he thought. Images of his curls and his green eyes filled Louis mind and he slid his hand down into his boxers. He was hard. The thought of Harry made his body ache, he had to relieve it! He moved his hand up and down on his member and pleasure creeped onto every part of his body, filling him like poison. He was nearly there. He was about to climax when all of the sudden...

Knock knock.

Harry knocked on the window! Fuck! He quickly withdraw his hand and opened the door. He made a gesture for Harry to enter the car. No way would he exit the car with an aching boner and let Harry see. Harry obeyed and entered the car. He was wearing a white t-shirt which was perfect on him, outlining his toned arm muscles and his abs. He wore tight black jeans with white a white converse. He knew how to dress to impress. Harry noticed him staring and he quickly spoke out

"I got you your usual" Louis said as he reached out to the back of his car and grabbed an Iced coffee which he gave to Harry.

"Thanks, your too nice to me." Harry said as his cheeks went red.

You deserve to be treated like this. Louis thought.

When Louis felt it was safe to exit the car, they did. They spent the rest of the day on the swings or on the seesaw. Laughing throughout it all. However it wasn't until they were lying down, side by side, looking at the clouds that he felt a foreign feeling. He felt empty, his heart no longer belonged to him, he watched as it made a home in Harry's heart. He may feel empty but he has never felt so alive. So warm. So peaceful. Louis knew then... He was in love.
