Memphis POV
Next Day

I woke up with Blake's arms around me,i lightly moved away and walked to the bathroom,i checked my phone i had 17 missed calls from Odell i took a deep breath and broke down in tears.

"Babe whats wrong?" Blake hugged me

"Odell,he said he was gonna try to get full custody of Clayson" i told him

"Thats not gonna happen" Blake said

I laid my head on Blake's chest as i continued to cry,i heard a knock on the door me and Blake went downstairs to see who it was.

"What do you want?" I said as Odell stood at the door

"I still legally get Clayson every Tuesday" Odell crossed his arms

"How do i know you will bring him back?" I asked

"Can we talk about this later?" Odell said

"No,lets talk about this now,you'll never get full custody of Clayson i won't let you,even if i die tommorow ill make sure you'll never get him,i tried being nice when we got divorced it was up to me if you even got to see your child ive could of made sure you never saw him but i didn't because as much as i hated you back then i wasn't heartless like you" i said

He looked down.

"Memphis,i didn't want to-"

"Cut the crap,Odell i only said what i said about Clayson to get you mad because i was mad but i guess ill see you in court" i said slamming the door
2 months later

"Mrs.Griffin,is it true that your husband physically abused you?" Odell lawyer asked me

"No,me and my husband have a great marriage" i lied as i took a deep breath looking at Odell

"Really,because my client said the night you came to his house when Mr.Griffin allegedly abused you were covered in bruises" the lawyer stated

"I was never at Odell house,me and my husband got into an argument i got really heated,i took my son and went to my sister's house" i lied again

"Are you sure?" The lawyer asked me again

"Of course it is" i said

"Why do you think my client isn't suited to have full custody of your son?" His lawyer asked

"Odell would be well suited for full custody if we wasn't living with the whore that screwed up our marriage or if he was home most of the time to take care of our son or if he wouldn't repeatedly disrespected the mother of his child,the only reason Odell gets Clayson every Tuesday is because hes only off day is Tuesday" i said

"No further questions" the lawyer said sitting back down

My lawyer walked up to asked questions.

"Mrs.Griffin how much money do you make a year?" My lawyer asked

"$106 billion" i smiled

"So you have more than enough money to take care of your child" my lawyer stated

"Correct" i said

"And what is your work schedule like?" He asked me

"I only work on Friday,Saturday,Sunday and Monday. Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday are for Clayson and most of the time i work from home" i said

"Hows your marriage with you and Mr.Griffin?" He asked

"We have are moments but are marriage is great" i smiled at Blake

"So your relationship is fine as well" he said

"Your honor,Mrs.Griffin seems more then perfect to still have custody of her son,no further questions" he smiled,i walked off the stand as Odell got on

"Mr.Beckham,is it true that you are living with your mistress?" My lawyer asked

"Yes" Odell took a deep breath

"Is it also true that she is also the woman that caused you and Mrs. Griffin to divorce?" My lawyer asked again

"Yes" Odell said again

"Don't you think its slightly inappropriate that your living with your mistress,and you want your child living in the same house?" He added

"Does it matter who im living with? I can still be a great parent" Odell said

"How is your relationship with Mrs.Griffin?" The lawyer asked

"She the mother of my child and my ex wife,we dont really have an relationship" Odell shrugged

"Okay,do you still have feelings for Mrs.Griffin?" My lawyer asked,Odell took a long pause

"Mrs- Memphis is- and forever will be the love of my life,she might hate me as of now or forever but she knows i love her and im doing this for her" he said looking at me

"No further questions" the lawyer nodded

The jury decided the final product.

"Due to the information given,Mr.Beckham Wil be receiving full custody of Clayson,Mrs.Griffin will get visitation rights reserved for every Tuesday and Thursday" the judge said,i turned to Odell as he smiled i felt my eyes water and my legs shake i breathed heavily and left the court in tears.

"Memphis,Memphis!" Blake yelled,i ran into the washroom and cried

Odell POV
I was more then happy to have full custody of Clayson as they pass him to,i walked out with him in my arms as i saw Blake sit on the bench

"Man you okay?" I asked him

"Just,go" he shook his head as i saw Memphis walk out the washroom

"Are you happy now? You did it,you took everything from me Odell and when it wasn't enough you took my son,my only child,and he gone i only get him Tuesday and Thursday!" She shook her head

I looked in her eyes and saw dissapointment and hurt,ive been seeing that look alot lately

"Odell,let me say goodbye" she took Clayson out my hands as Clayson cried

"Shh,its okay mommy loves you,ill always see you,always" she kissed his forehead as she rocked him slowly

"Here,and dont feed him carrots,he hates them" she made a light laugh

"I won't" i smiled

"Good luck" she said wipping her tears,i hugged her as she cried into my shoulder,i didn't know he didn't like carrots,i don't even know how to change a diaper.

"Ill take good care of him,i promise you" i kissed her forehead

I left with Clayson.
