"Who are you?" I said.
" Um, who are you?" She said.
" Um, kids this is Jennifer my girlfriend, Jennifer these are some homeless kids I met today." Micheal said. RING!
"Hello , yes sir I'll be right there."
"Sweetie I have to go, I'll be back around 9, bye kids see you later!" He gave Jennifer a kiss and waved goodbye as he shut the door.
"Okay, kids so what should we do? Should we play a game, watch TV or bake?" Jennifer said.
"What's baking?" We asked.
" You don't know what baking is, it's like making cookies, cake, cupcakes, and muffins."
"Yum! can we make some!" Nick said jumping up and down.
" Of course we can, first let me get you three cleaned up." Jennifer took us a bath and put our clothes in the washer to get washed. Then after we got out, got dressed and got our hair done and went to ten kitchen. We made chocolate chip cookies. We had them after dinner, we had pizza. We layer watch a movie. Then she tucked Hannah and Nick in bed in her and Michael's bed. The came to the dinner table to chat and have tea with me.
" Jennifer, you know after this day I really wish that Michael was our dad and you married him so you can be our mom." I said.
"I would love that more then anything!" Jennifer said.
"Right know I wished I had my dog it ran away 3 year ago." I said trying not to cry. Then the door open it was Micheal he came in and was holding something in a blanket. It moved a lot.
" Look I found on the crossing the road!" He said quietly. He pulled the blanket back carefully and then a puppy's face I saw. It was sprinkles! His name tag says my moms phone number and his name!
"It's time you get some sleep Joanna." Jennifer said as Micheal handed me the puppy.
" Okay , I'm gonna take him with me good night!"
" Long day right!" Micheal said.
"Yeah, hey do you work tomorrow?"
