• Kaneki Ken X Touka Kirishima •

Hurriedly, the female ghoul grabs her back pack and takes one last, long look at the shared apartment she and her boyfriend owned. Well, at least they used to be.

She couldn't take it anymore. She's waited for Kaneki for at least three months now; what if something happened to him? What if his plane crash?

She can't bear it. Touka knew she was just being over dramatic, but if it's for Kaneki then she'll even take on a hundred ghouls just to see him.

While she walked, no, ran towards the train station to get to the airport, her heart was beating faster. "Why the hell am I nervous? Or am I scared?"

Shaking of the thoughts in her head, she exited the train and continued to run to the airport.

When she was about to board the plane, a hand yanked her down and the other hand covered her eyes. She tried to hit his shin or something she can reach, but she couldn't. Had she really gone weak while Kaneki was gone?

"Close your eyes," a voice that sounded almost all too familiar was heard and her eyes widened. After a few seconds, she gave in and closed her eyes, then the hand was removed and Touka immediately opened her eyes and was facing shining black orbs.

Her breath was taken away when she took the appearance of the man holding her captive in his arms.

"Where were you going?" Kaneki's voice forever lingered in Touka's ears, she waited so long to hear him.

"..."

"Not going to talk now, eh?" Kaneki smirked and removed his hand over Touka's mouth, "How about I'll make you talk, yeah? Something would probably make you," Kaneki resumed to talk as both his arms were wrapped in Touka's waist.

A glint of lust was in Kaneki's eyes as he dipped down and kissed Touka, full of love and want; and a hint of lust.

After the kiss, Touka realized she had her arms in her boyfriend's neck and they just kissed in public! Carefully, she tried to pry her arms off, but Kaneki held her tighter and before she knew it, she was in his embrace.

It gave a nice, warm feeling. She felt safe; she felt like it was her home.

"I... I missed you..." Touka, uncharacteristically, whispered, hoping only her boyfriend heard it.

"..Fuck, I miss you, too," Kaneki was relieved that Touka didn't plan to move or anything. He just came back and he didn't want any drama.

"H... Hey, Kaneki," Touka calls to him.

"Yeah?"

"I love you."

"I love you, too, Touka."
