Chapter 5

*Alec's POV*

"Get the fuck off her you asshole!" i yelled running over to however was choking her as i pulled him by his shirt d punched him in her jaw making him fall to the ground. I ran over to Mia holding her head up see her eye closed i put my ear down to her chest to hear her heart beat. Ibreathed out releveed that she was still alive.

"Mi, your going to be ok" i said as i tear ran down my face. I grabbed my phone calling 911. After the third ring they answered. "911 how may we help you?" the ladie asked, "My girlfriend has just been choked out by someman the was in my house!" i said as i let another tear slide down trying to be strong. "The amulens and cos are on there way sir". We stayed on the phone till they got here.

I killed me seeing her like this, I wish it was me in her shoes me getting caried off to the hospital. I want to take it all away and make her better I love her, wait i love her? ... i was snapped out of my thoughts as i heard a BEAP. i looked up to see she wasnt breathing, I grabbed her hand into mine wrapping my other hand around it as well. "Mi, please dont die on me i need you here, I love you!" i saidas i couldnt hold it in anymore and started to cry.

As we got to the hospital they were still working on her trying to get her to come back. They ran in as a nurse was on top of her doing CPR. "Sir, im sry but you cant come back here" one of the nursers said as she stoped me. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN I CANT GO BACK THERE THATS MY GIRLFRIEND?!" I yelled. "I know sir well do our best" she said as she ran back to where they took her. The last thing i heard before the shut the door was "WE GOT A PALS"

(few hours passed)

A few hours passed and they had to take her in for emergeny surgery, she had broken several ribs and it had punshed her lung and she couldnt breath on her own.

"Alec" I hread my broither James yell as he ran down the hall. I had called my brother to come down to stay with me, i couldnt be down here by myself right now not like this. Mia and James havent meat yet but whenever im with him i talk about her so he knows about her. "Is she ok?" he asked, "I dont know, they took her into surgery" i said as my eyes watered up again but i blinked not letting myself cry. "She'll be ok" he said put his hand on my shorlder as i looked up to see him giving me a reasurring smile.?

it felt like hours till the doctor came out. "Are you Alec?" he asked, "Ya is she ok?" i said as i jumpped to my feet getting scared, what if they couldnt save her, what if she died i dont know if i could go on with life. "She doing fine-" he said as i breathed a sigh of releaf "-she has a breathing tub in to help her breathed she has a few cuts and bruses and shell be really sore from surgery but other then that shes doing great" he said as i had a smile on my face. "Can i see her?" i asked as he nodded his head. "Ya go head shes in room 345" "Thinks doc" i said shaking his hand then going to her room.

"345 345 345" i kept repeating till i found it "Ah,ha, there it is" i said going into the room seeing her hooked up to all kinds of stuff. I walked over and saty in the chair next to her grabbing her hand in mine and i kissed it then rubbing my thumb over the top of her hand. "Im so glad your ok" i said with a smile on my face, she still looks as beautiful as ever even when she is like this !

(middle of the night)

*Mia's POV*

BEAP BEAP BEAP, what is that noise? U thought to myself, BEAP BEAP BEAP. I squeezed my eyes before opening them. I widend my eyes as i couldnt talk, i looked over to see Alec asleep in the chair next to me holding my hand. I squeezed his hand as his eyes fluttered open jumping to his feet. "Mi, your awake" he said rubbing my forhead with his thumb. I nodded my head then pointing to my throat with a confused look on my face. "You have a breathing tub to help you breath, ill go get the doctor to take it out" he said kissing my forhead then walking out of the room.

A few minutes latter the doctor came in, "Its good to see your awake Miss. Mia" he said with a smile as some more nurses came in. "Ok this might make you gag a little" he said as he started to pull the tub out and like he said it did make me gag.

Once he was done he left the room and Alec cam back in, i could tell he had been crying but why ?

"Hello beautiful" he said walking back over to me, i smiled and tried to sit up but clapesed back down from the pain from my side. "Whoa, be carful you had surgery" he said helping me make myself confertalble. "Surgery" i said but my vocie was horse so i bet i sound like a dieing cat, "Here drink some water" he said handing me some water. "Thinks" i said as he sat down by me grabbing my hand back in his. I rubbed my thumb over his cheek from where his tear stanes were at. "You've been crying?" i asked with a worried look. He nodded his head putting his hand over mine that was now cupping his cheek. "Why Alec?" i asked. "I was sacred i was going to lose you, i swear if i could get my hands on his i wou-" he said but stopped himself from going any freather. "Hai,look at me-" i said as he looked me in the eye "-im noit going anywhere, i promise you dont have to worry about that" i said trying not to brake down into tears as i replayed what happen in my head.

He smiled leaning over and kissing me, we pulled away from the kiss as he rested his forhead on mine, "lay down with me" i said as i raised the covers for him to get in. He just looked at me probably afrid he was going to hurt my side, "Your not going to hurt me" i said as i patted the sopt next to me in the bed, he climbed in and stared into my eyes, we stayed like that for awhile before i feel back asleep cuddling into his chest.

I can honestly say im falling for this man !
