How to Save a Life

Boy or girl ?

So it turned out that I had to stay on bed rest till the baby was born, Alec bought the baby stuff and his mum was going to buy the clothes once we found out the sex witch was today.

I'm so excised, Alec wants it to be a boy of course but me I don't care if it boy or girl as long as she or he is healthy that's all that matters to me.

"Alright are you guys reay?" Doctor William asked. "Yes so ready" I said with a huge smile. "Alright" she said putting the jell on my baby belly witch was getting big.

She started to move the thingy on my stomach trying to find the baby. "There we go" she said with a smile.

"Ok you see right here-" she said pointing to the screen as me and Alec both said 'mhmm' "-what does that look like?" She questioned. My smile became so big and my eyes became watery. "It's a boy, it's a boy" I said looking up at Alec. "Its a boy!" He said raising his arms in the air with the biggest smile I've ever seen.

He leaned down giving me a kiss then looking at the screen. "It a boy" I said under my breath as a tear slide down my cheek.

"You guys want pictures?" She asked. "Yes please" I said as Alec held my hand. I can't believe I'm having a baby boy. Right when I thought m life was over it became better. Sometimes when I'm by myself I just sit and think, think that god might have sent Alec to me to save my life and giving me a baby boy just adds on to how amazing my life is.

Alec called his mom and told her, he had it on speaker so I got to hear of happy she was.

Alec got in bed with me and I wrapped my arm around his waist as I laid my head on his chest. I slowly feel asleep.

I woke up to see Alec wasn't next to me. I looked at my phone to see a text.

*sorry love I left, my mum and I drove to back to my/our place to paint the baby's room before they brought his stuff here. Ill see you when I get back*

I smiled replying back. Asking him that hen he get ere is we could pick out a name for our son and of course he said yes.

I grabbed my journal out and started to draw random thing that came to my mind.

I stopped drawing when I felt the baby kick. I smiled putting my hand on my belly filling him kick. This was so amazing.

I out my journal up and watched tv. Flipping threw the channels there was of course nothing on. I looked at my phone to see that it was 11:30. I rolled my eyes. "Are you kidding me" I said sighing.

I grabbed my phone and text Alec.

To: Alec; when will you be here I'm bored? ^__^

A few minutes latter he massaged back.

From: Alec; almost to the hospital.

"Hey, love" he said kissing my cheek. "How was your day?" He asked sitting next to me. "Boring" I sighed out sitting back more. "But the baby kicked" I said as he smile.

"How about Justin?" He asked as I shook my head. "No, he should have a name that you really don't hear of kids having anymore." I said as he narrowed his eyes at me. "We have been at this for almost 3 hours can you pick one already?" He begged as I laughed. "Mmm" I said putting on a thinking face as he groaned playfully.

"Ok, how about Aden?" I looked at him wide eyed and nodded my head like a crazy person. "Yes, yes that's perfect, Aden shall be his name" I smiled looking down at my stomach. "Aden it is" he laughed looking relieved.

"You ready to be a dad?" I asked as he rubbed my back. "Mhmm, you ready to be a mum?" I sat there with a smile "yes I'm so ready" I said as he chuckled.

"But I'm scared-" I said as he sat up giving me a confused look. "Scared of?" He asked as I looked down feeling sick. "-,scared if my step dad finding me and hurting me or worse Aden." I said as e took my hands into his. "He's not going to touch you or him do you hear me" he said more of a statement then a question. I binned my head, "come here" he said pulling me closer to him as I wrapped my arms around his waist his around my neck.

I closed my eyes not want to pull apart. He kissed the too of my head, he's going to be a good daddy.

That night I feel asleep in his arms thinking of what could happen. I'm scared and will always be till I know my step-dad is far far far away from me.

Hai guys sry for the last could of weeks these have been short, I've been really busy getting school stuff ready.
