Chapter 2

Olivia's POV**

I am in the cave by myself. I know if I told Tatum and Eva I wouldn't be this lonely. But its not a option right now, I know their reactions we be bad. They don't believe in mermaids, vampires, the tooth fairy, none of that stuff.

I swim to the edge of the pool and sit there but on the rock.

I lift myself out of the little pool. I finally get out, Its harder then you think getting out of water with a big tail.

I eventually get out and I fall over so I was laying on my back.

I clench my fist and smoke goes around me. It stings when I do this to my tail, but it works way better then air drying or a towel.

Eva's POV**

Tatum and I just got to the Island. It was kinda scary looking to be the first time being here. Why would Olivia be here anyways?

We walked around a bit, but there was no sign of Olivia anywhere.

"Do you think she went up there?" Tatum asks me pointing to a huge thing of rocks.

"I guess we can go look."

We start walking up the rocks when we noticed some smoke. I look at Tatum, both knowing whats going though each others heads.

We walk over to it and it seems to be coming out of a little cave. I jump into it without thinking or getting a okay from Tatum. Ya Tatum is the mom to us. Tatum followed me probably because there was no other way to get down.

We follow the way down and the first thing i look at was this waterfall going into a little pool, not huge but like a hot tub without the tub part or the hotness.

That was until i got snapped out of it by Tatum yelling.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE OLIVIA!"

I turn my head to look down. Olivia sits there with her legs straight in front of her and a surprised yet relieved expression on her face.

"I always come here." She shrugs like it was no big deal.

"How are you already dry?" I interrupt there argument.

"I um...I-I was here for two hours.."

"Ya but your hair never dried that fast sense that day you for that swim."

Tatum's POV**

"Ya but your hair never dries that fast sense that day you went for that swim." I commented, clenching my fist.

Olivia stands up, bushing the sand off her, staying in the same place she was sitting.

"I guess my hair drys quicker now Tatum. Everything is not perfect in life like it is to you." She snarled.

That hit me. Hard. I was enraged! I guess I lost it and before I could control my self I stepped forward and pushed Olivia into the pool behind her.

Im not normally like that though so that surprised Eva and I both. I was going to jump in after her but a bunch of bubbles covered every inch of the pool. I looked at the pool in shock. What is going on?! Olivia popped her head up.

"Olivia I'm sorry i didn't know what got into-" I started to apologize.

"Guys I got to tell you something but you can't tell anybody, this is life threatening."
