Well this is called being bored.
1.sans goes insane because of the night mares he has and runs away and when you fight him he is in a straight jacket.
2.everyone in the underground goes insane and everyone looks like they went threw hell.
3.All the skeletons include Gaster is on the mafia and frisk is the leader.
4.everyone is a cat :3
