I mean the only reason this could even be possible if sans liked humans and the way anyone can have a kid is to take a part of there soul and fuse the parts together to make a love child.
Even then it will be one ugly child.
That smile on that poor child's face makes me fell sad for it because it has to until she dies. And oh god sans's powers and determination does not mix well.
