Today was the day that my life changed. It was the day I lost everything. We were walking to school keeping my eye out for that guy. Then we saw her, a girl that had had the life sucked out of her. She was pale white and looked like she was going to be sick. I knelt down and checked her pulse. It was very faint and I could only just hear her breathing. I was going to do whatever I had to just so I could save this girl. We quickly called the ambulance and told them about the girl. When we tried to lift her into a more comfortable position she crumbled into dust. We had just seen a girl disappear right in front of us. I honestly couldn’t think of how this day could get any worse. Turns out it could.

When the ambulance got there, and saw there was no girl with the life sucked out of her, they said that we shouldn’t joke about that sort of stuff and then they left. We stood there dumbstruck. What had just happened, and why was it happening to us? When we got to school we told Miss Bluebell what had happened and, surprisingly, she believed us. Then my phone rang.

“Hello, who’s this?” Please don’t be the creepy guy; please don’t be the creepy guy.

“My name is Edmund. I have been the one that has been keeping a watchful eye on you. And after this morning’s little episode, I think it is time to tell you what’s going on,” wait, he had been keeping an eye on me, sorry if I don’t believe that but it didn’t look like it, I looked like he was stalking me.

“Why should I trust you?” I did need to figure out what was going on but I still didn’t know who this guy was and I wasn’t going to believe anything he said until I was positive I could trust him.

“Because, I am friends with your teacher, Miss Alessandria Bluebell,” I looked at her and she nodded. I knew she had something to do with this!

“Okay talk.” I still wasn’t sure if I trusted him but I needed something that gave me a little bit of information on this.

“Marian Rose, an ex-top secret agent, has been hunting you down since birth. We locked her up when you were three but somehow she escaped. She figured out where you live, what school you go to and you’re what you do in every second of your day. She was the one that killed that girl. She isn’t like any of us, she’s not human and she has no mercy. When she finds you she won’t kill you straight away, she will torture you until there’s nothing left of you. Be careful!”

There was a dead silence as soon as he hung up. I didn’t know what to say I was too scared. I didn’t know whether or not to believe him. Why me? Then she banged down the door, pushed everything out of her way until they fly out the window and grabbed me. I’ve got to give her some credit even though I was kicking and screaming, and I think I punched her at least once she didn’t seem to be struggling at all. It was amazingly scary. Then again, she wasn’t human. She had long, dark hair. Everything about her was beautiful, except for all the scars and markings on her face.

She threw me into her car and drove of screaming at me in some language I didn’t understand. Then she started throwing stuff at me. It hurt but I wasn’t giving in. I had to keep my eyes open so I didn’t black out. If I did that she would probably do something way worse to me and if I escaped I wouldn’t be able to tell anyone how to get there.

I didn’t know but for some reason she gave me a phone. I thought she wanted me to call someone. So I dialled Clara’s number and the phone blew up in my face! Still I pushed on and kept my eyes open. My vision was starting to get blurry but I still kept my eyes open. She kept yelling at me. I wanted to know what she was saying so I could reply with something cold.

I felt something sharp and cold against my neck I think it was a knife but I wasn’t too sure. As soon as I felt the warmth against my neck I instantly knew that she had succeeded with what she was trying to do. The car came to a halt and I heard the door open then close. Then the trunk opened and I heard her get something out. My door opened this time and she knocked me on the head with what felt like a bat. I didn’t black out though. She picked me up and threw me. My guess was that she had just thrown me in the trunk. When I opened my eyes I instantly realised I was correct. I had lost so much blood now that I had completely blacked out. I don’t think she was going to let me see where she was taking me even if she had to kill me before she tortured me. Now no one is ever going to now where this thing does all her dirty work.
