After taking my shower this morning I lotioned up and put on a white polo shirt with the red horse, some light ripped jeans and my red and black Jordan 4's.
Throwing my straightened hair into a sleek ponytail then added some clear lipgloss and mascara.
I took my phone off the charger then jogged downstairs where the kids were sitting along with Elijah.
"Look my mommy looking cute like always" Adriana said.
"Thank you" I laughed "What you doing here" I asked giving Elijah a hug.
"Here" He pulled out some money.
"Elijah no" I shook my head.
"Yes I know you got bills to pay"
"I get paid today so I'm good" I nodded.
"But once you pay them bills what gone use to get food, tooth paste and all that other stuff" He said trying to look me in the eyes but I kept looking away.
"Exactly, so I'm gone leave this money right here and you gone use it" He sat it on the table.
"I don't need that much money for groceries and stuff" I looked at the stacks.
He shrugged kissing my forehead then said bye to the kids.
"Thank you" I said.
"No problem"

I walked into work looking around at all the customers it was packed in here today.
I put my stuff in the back then went to the front desk looking at the name list.
"Nicole" I called out. She stood and followed me to my chair.
She sat down and I put the apron over her. "What would you like done today" I asked her.
"I want a long bob with a side bang" She handed me the bag with her bundles in it.
After washing , blow drying, braiding and sewing the hair in I started working on her bang.
"Its so packed in here today" I said as another customer walked in.
"Girl you ain't heard" Nicole said.
"Heard what" I asked combing through the hair.
"Karuchee seen your work on Instagram and supposed to be rolling through here today and everybody been talking about how good you are with hair and make up"
My eyes widened as I looked her "You for real"
"Yup, and thanks for doing my hair girl I love it" She ran her fingers through it.
"No problem, enjoy your day" I grabbed the tip from her and she went up to the front to pay.

"Let's go in here Maliki" I said pointing towards Charlotte Russe.
"We already went in there Dria" He said calling me by my nick name.
I rolled my eyes as I followed after him. Before our mom left for work she gave us some money to go shopping.
I rolled my eyes again when I seen a girl walk over to us. "Hey Maliki" She smiled in his face.
"Wassup"
"Why didn't you text me back" She played with his chain trying to be all cute and shit.
"Can we go" I asked looking at Maliki.
"You see us talking stay in a child's place" The girl cut her eyes at me.
"Who the fu-" I started but Maliki stopped me.
"Watch how you talk to my lil sister" He snapped at her.
"So you putting her before me" The girl said.
I looked at her like she had two heads. "Bitch you sound dumb as fuck. Hell yeah I'm putting my little sister before you. You ain't nothing to me but a quick fuck" He said and I started laughing at her facial expression.
He put his arm around me and we walked out of the mall.
