~~|Your POV|~~

Brendon, Ryan, Spencer, and Jon had finished recording their first album for their band, Panic! At the Disco, about a month ago and it was being released today. I promised them all that I would buy a copy, but I would have bought it whether I promised or not. The album was called A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. I loved how unique the album name was. I was so proud of all of them, especially Brendon and Ryan, they all worked so hard and were so ambitious. I even remember the day they got signed.

"Y/n, are you gonna buy the album?" Brendon exclaimed as he ran into my room and dove onto bed

"Yeah, I'm leaving in 10 minutes. You wanna come with me?" I offered

"Sure!" Brendon cheerfully agreed before running out of my room

I grabbed my phone and typed a quick text to Ryan

To: Ry <3
going to by afycso. brendon is coming with me, wish me luck lol

Soon after, my phone buzzed

From: Ry <3
lol. drive safe babe :) i love you <3

I smiled at his text before typing another message

To: Ry <3
i will. i love you too <3 i'll call you when i get home

From: Ry <3
ok. talk to you later :)

I sat on my bed, smiling at my phone just thinking about how lucky I was to have Ryan.

"Y/n, let's go." Brendon said, which startled me

"Jesus, you scared the shit out of me, Brendon." I told him

"Whoops, sorry. Can we please go now?" He begged

"Yeah." I answered

I slipped on a pair of black converse before grabbing my keys and phone. I walked outside to my car and I saw that Brendon was already sitting the passenger seat, buckled up, and ready to go.  I opened the driver's side door and got into my car. I buckled my seat belt and started the car. I started driving to the closest Barnes & Noble.

"How many people do you think bought the album already?" Brendon asked

"I dunno." I shrugged

"Do you think anyone bought it yet?" He asked again

"How the hell am I supposed to know?" I answered with a question

I saw Brendon shrug, from the corner of my eye

After about 15 more minutes of driving, we were at Barnes & Noble.  I parked my car and Brendon rushed out and ran inside and  I, on the other hand, got out of my car and walked into the store like a normal person. I walked to the CD section and I see Brendon holding a CD in his hand and I'm pretty sure he's crying too.

"Bren, are you crying?" I asked, resting my head on his shoulder

"What? No. That would be weird." Brendon protested, wiping his eyes

I just laughed

"I'm really proud of you, Bren." I smiled, hugging him

"Thanks, y/n." He said

"Ok, Mr. Emotional. Let's pay for this and go home." I chuckled

"Hey!" He playfully punched my arm

"C'mon." I laughed

I took the CD from Brendon's hands and handed it to the cashier. The small screen above the cash register read '$9.99'. I handed him a 10 dollar bill.

"Keep the change." I said to the cashier, even though the change was only a penny

"Thank you. Have a nice day." He said cheerfully

"Thanks. You too." I smiled

Brendon and I exited the store and walked back to my car. Brendon yanked the CD out of my hand before eagerly getting into the car. I got into the car, buckled up, and started the car.I started driving as I hear Brendon ripping the plastic that was around the CD case off. He opened the CD case and took out the lyric booklet, which had the strong scent of burnt crayons for some reason.

"There's my name!" Brendon exclaimed

"Christ, Bren! Calm the fuck down! I'm trying to drive." I snapped

"Sorry." He apologized

After a 25 minute drive home of Brendon blabbering about the CD, we were finally home. Brendon got out of my car and walked inside the house while staring at the CD. I rolled my eyes and followed him inside. I went upstairs and into my room. I plopped down onto my bed and I took out my phone. I dialed Ryan's number and he picked up on the third ring.

"Hey, babe." Ryan said

"Hey." I repeated

"How was shopping with Brendon?" He asked

"Brendon found the CD and he was crying a little bit." I laughed at the thought of the memory

Ryan laughed

"How many people do you think bought the CD?" He asked the same question that Brendon asked me  earlier

"It looked liked there was a few copies missing." I estimated, trying to remember

"Oh." He replied

"Before I forget, Pete told me that he had someone book a couple local gigs." Ryan informed

"Just make sure you let me know when they are. I wanna see you guys play." I said

"Definitely. I think the first one is in 2 weeks." He stated

"Ok." I replied, I heard my mom call Brendon and I for dinner

"Babe, I gotta go. Are you coming over tomorrow?" I asked

"Yep. See you tomorrow. I love you." He said

"I love you too." I repeated back to him

With that, I ended the call. I put my phone in my hoodie pocket and went downstairs for dinner.
