Chapter 17:Uprising

Holland's POV

I held Axel's hand as tightly as I could.The doctor clicked his pen and looked at us with no expression .Me and Axel have been trying for a kid for about 6 months now and nothing has been working.I mean it was getting better,it's way better than the first times but now I see what the talk is about.Anyways but me and Axel have been traveling like crazy.I have been in every single state besides Washington.I mean when me and Axel left we first went to Oregon for the first few days then travel east because they were looking for us.Right now we were in New York.It's beautiful here.We are now in a doctors office.Me and Axel and I think we are Pregnant and I hope we are.There is this doctors office here just for Our kind.We are so lucky

"You two are an extremely beautiful couple and you're lucky to have eachother"he weakly smiled

"Yeah"

"Well um i am sorry......It seems you have had a"e said avoiding eye contact

"What"I said holding Axel's Hand tighter

"A miscarriage"the doctor said.

Have you ever felt yourself be ripped apart into little prices then the remains set on fire.

"What"Axel said he voice broke.

"I am so sorry.It rarely happens with our kind but I am truly sorry."

"Can we have more kids"Axel asked

"I' afraid Not."He siad.Tears flooded down my face.I got up and ran out.

"Holly"Axel shouted.I ran out and kept running,Hours on end till I was tired enough to stop.I fell in the dirt of the woods

Wait how am I in the woods again.

"Holly"Axel called.I didn't want to talk.He came up to me.I was rolling in the dirt

"Holland Come here"

"No"I cried stuffing my face into the leaves

"Holland"

"It's not fair"I sobbed

"I know sweetie,it isn't"he said I could hear the sobs in his voice.I looked at him.

His eyes were red.

He sat on the ground with me and engulfed me in his arms.

"We are going to get through this"He said holding me tight

"How do you know"

"Because I love you"

"I wish the pain could go away Axel"I said sobbing in his arms

"It will Holls I promise"

"Really"I said looking at him.

"Yeah.We can adopt kids you know"

"Yeah we can"I smiled

"You can get a girl and i'll get a boy"he said rubbin my arm up and down.

"But the boy has to be older so he can protect her"i said looking into his eyes the Moon twinkled in his eyes

"Yeah and beat up the guys that will try to break her heart"

"And I will raise her right and we won't have her doing crazy things"
