"HHIIIIIIEEEEEEEE????!!!!!" Tsuna screams in panic. He is to be hunted? By assassins? Again? Normally, this happens every now and then, but never with the assassins under Reborn's orders. Well, he's not surprised, but still. Not how he wanted to spend the day. He almost rather do paperwork.
Almost.
Shioko rolls her eyes at her brother's behavior. After fighting and defeating so many powerful people, you'd think he wouldn't be phased by a bunch of teenagers with rubber weapons. Sighing, she grabs the back of his collar and takes of out the doors as fast as she could, her brother dangling behind her like a flag in the wind. She sometimes swears that she's the actual oldest.
Once she's sure there's a good amount of distance between them and her class, she ducks into a secret passage she discovered during her last stay and drops her brother. "Listen, Tsu-kun. They can't capture us both if we separate, so I'm gonna have to ditch you for a while."
"W-Wait! Why didn't you tell me that you were training as an assassin!?" Tsuna demands. "Didn't you trust me?"
"Of course I did, you doughnut. But I was under contract not to tell anyone, including family. I would've broken contact for you, but you already had enough to worry about with the Vongola and the other mafia, so I didn't wanna bug you. If there's nothing else, I would suggest that you find one of your Guardians to protect you. Reborn never said we couldn't find our own allies."
Tsuna nods, then looks as though he had an epiphany. "You're going to look for Basil, right?" An almost teasing look comes on his face.
Shioko's face burns. Of course her brother knows about her crush on the other CEDEF member and Tsuna's other Advisor. She quickly tells him to shut up and presses a button on the wall.
Tsuna's face shifts to confusion as a clear tube lowers over him, then morphs to terror as he's suck up to be deposited elsewhere. She's sure she would've heard his screams if it wasn't for the sound proof glass. Was that mean? Maybe. Does she regret it? Nope.
Realizing she only has vague memories of this tunnel, she decides to wander until she finds an idea on what to do and how to avoid her classmates for the rest of the day.
The tunnels are very confusing with twists and turns, ladders and staircases. She even had to hop a few ledges in the extremely, unnecessarily difficult tunnel. It must've been a few hours when she realizes she's lost.
"I swear, with all this walking I'm doing, I better still be in Italy." Her step pauses at a sudden creak. "Hey, what's th-AAAAHHHHH!" The floor suddenly opens as she's dropped from where she once was. Her scream is cut short when she lands with a hard thud on her stomach. "Owie~."
"What do you think you're doing?" A cold voice asks, causing her to freeze. Shioko swallows thickly and looks up, finding her warm brown eyes meeting eyes the color of steel. Upon realizing she landed on his abdomen, to where there bodies form an almost comical 'x' shape, and most likely while he was napping, her wide eyes morphed to that of anime tears.
~Elsewhere in the Vongola Mansion~
"Did you guys hear that?" Sugino asks, looking up from the displayed map of the Mansion, graciously provided my Nono. Karma, Kayano, Nagisa, Maehara, Kanzaki, and Isogai all look up from the map in question.
"Hear what?" Maehara asks.
Sugino shrugs. "I dunno. It sounded like screaming."
Karma smirks. "Must've been your imagination. Now come on, we have to capture both of them, right?"
Sighing, Sugino decides he must've imagined the screams of pure terror and focuses on the forming plan.
Finally written! Sorry for the delay and the shortness! I had writer's block, got a job, and got lazy. Here ya go.
