"Chloe!, Chloe!" I hear and then suddenly I'm shaken awake. I open my eyes to see my sister Padme.
"What?" I say annoyed
"Obi-Wan's coming back today." She says
"Oh is he I completely forgot." I tell her sarcastically
"Aren't you excited?" She asked
"Yes I'm so thrilled to tell my husband that I'm not even supposed to be with in the first place that I'm pregnant!" I say
"Hey it'll be okay you guys have been married for two years and are literally the perfect couple I'm sure he'll be thrilled." She says
"I'm scared." I whisper
"What was that?" Padme asks
"I'm scared he won't want the baby I mean he's got enough to worry about."
"Obi-Wan's going to be jumping for joy when finds he finds out, now let's go meet him." She says
"Wait I thought he was coming here after he got back from his mission " I said
"Originally yes but he sent a message this morning saying to meet him at the square, because he has to speak to the council."
I groan and padme glares at me
"Chloe Elizabeth you get your butt up right now!" She says dragging me off the bed
"Fine let's go." I say begrudgingly
"Um I don't think so." She says
"What now?" I ask
"You're not going anywhere till you change clothes."
"He's my husband he's seen me in a lot worse than this." I say
"I don't care I'm not taking you until you change." She says
"I hate you." I grumble
"Love you too baby sis." She says smiling
"Now let's go!" She yells and pulls me out the door
I'm so nervous I can barely breathe and I'm pretty sure it shows considering everyone on the shuttle but padme has given me several are you okay looks.
We finally arrive and everyone including some of the jedi counsil are standing by the platform, so I'm assuming Obi-Wan and anakin haven't made it back yet
It's about five more minutes till we see a coming in to land
I know in my heart that my husband is on it. My stomach is knots and I feel like I can barely stand. I almost fall onto Padme when he steps out.
"Tell him to meet me behind the pillars." I say and quickly walk away.
"Chloe wait!" Padme yells but I choose not to listen
After what feels like forever I finally see Obi -Wan heading towards me. I have to hold on to the pillar beside me so that I don't fall over.

"Hey" is all I manage

"Hello sweethart oh how I've missed you." he says and takes me into his arms then kisses my forehead.

"Listen there's something I need to tell you." I say shakily

"Alright is everything okay?" he asks grabs my arm gently giving a concerned look.

"Well not exactly um remember about 3 or so months ago when you came back from genoisis."

"How could I forget I got to come home to my beautiful wife." he says smiling.

He's making this a lot more difficult then it should be I think to myself. "You know I love you right?" you whisper

"Of course Darling what's going on? he says

"Okay here it goes I'm " but you interrupted by Master Windu

"General Kenobi you are needed at the Jedi Counsel immediately."

"Alright I will be right there." Obi- Wan says and Master Windu leaves

"Can we talk about this later I'm so sorry, you know if I had a choice I would." but I interupt him

"I understand just promise me you'll be home for dinner." I say sadly and give him my best pouty face

"Now you know I can't say no to that." He says pecks you on the cheek and leaves

Well that went well I say sarcastically

"How'd it go!" Padme says running over to you excitedly

"Well um you see." you start to say but are interrupted

"You didn't tell him did you.." She says giving me a glare

"How was it supposed to tell him." I say

"Oh I don't know maybe hey by the way I'm pregnant with your baby." She says sarcastically

"Easy for you to say you're not the one dealing with it." I tell her

"Chloe look I know your nervous but for God's sake he's your husband! He loves you and I'm positive he will love the baby too."

"But he's a Jedi he's always away and I barely see him as it is how am I supposed to bring a child into this." I say and I can feel the tears slipping down my face

"Cloe it's alrigh, see your stressing yourself out more by the minute just tell him and if he's not okay with that we'll than we're going to have a problem." She says

I can't help but laugh

"What?" She asks

"Just the thought of my sister the senator trying to take on a jedi." I say still laughing

She smiles hey I could do it if I had too nobody hurts my sister and gets away with it, now come on let's get you home."

"Alright" I agree and we head back
I lay on the couch not doing anything but staring straight ahead I'm not sure how long it actually is before my husband comes home but It feels like forever
"Hey sweetheart." He says and kisses me on the head
"Hi" I mumble back
"What's wrong?" He asks concerned
"I need to tell you something and I'm not sure how you'll react." You say quietly
"Just tell me hon you're scaring me."He says
"Okay I'm pregnant." I tell him and he stands there not saying a word
"We'll say something." I say pleading
"This is great I'm sorry I'm just shocked." He says smiling
"You're not mad?" I ask suprised
"Mad why would I be mad this is amazing were going to have a child!" He says
You start crying
"Hey baby what's wrong?" He says concerned
"I'm just so happy I thought you'd be upset because of the whole jedi can't have attachments rule, I was scared you'd leave me."
"Chloe Elizabeth Kenobi I promised I would never leave you and I meant it." He says gently
"I love you" I say and kiss him
"I love you too and our little girl" he says
You laugh "do you know something I don't."
"Call it jedi intuition." He says
Approximately 6 months later
"Will this thing just come out already!" I Yell
Obi Wan laughs
"What do you think is funny?" I ask him
"Oh come on honey well get our little girl soon I promise." He says
The nurse comes in
"Alright now Mrs Kenobi are you ready to give one final push."
I nod my head and give it everything I've got
I gasp "She's so beautiful." I whisper in awe
"She is and she has your eyes" Obi Wan says adoringly
"What should be name her." I ask
"How about Amber?" Obi-Wan asks
"Amber Kenobi, I love it." I say
"Hi Amber welcome to the family we're your parents and we will always love you." I say
"As cheesy as that may be your mother here is right." He says and I just slap his arm
Just then padme come son
"Hey sis how are you feeling?" She asks
"I've never been better." I say smiling while looking at my husband, my sister and my new little girl.
