I awoke to soft snores in my ear ; warm breath on my neck. With a few flutters, my eyes managed to open only to be met with the burning sun in my face. I sat up, arms moving against my waist as I took in my surroundings.
At this point I was mentally cursing myself seeing as I knew Luke and I fell asleep in a beach chair on the roof. I don't even remember making my way to the chair, but nonetheless here I am.
The sounds of birds chirping filled my ears, making my sleepy state falter. I shoved my face into the bedding in which I lay upon, trying to ignore the sound around me. My skin felt hot, bare. Reaching down, I moved my hand around in search of my blanket only to realize there wasn't one, and instead I wasn't even in my bed.
I sat up quickly, rubbing my eyes as they adjusted to the burning sun. Looking around, I came to my senses and realized Luke and I had fallen asleep on a beach chair ; still on the rooftop pool area. Just great.
I heard Luke groan from down below me while his hands moved to tug on my waist.
"Mm, G'morning." he rumbled out sleepily, wiping over his eyes.
"Wake up stupid head." I demanded, standing up and grabbing my towel that was placed on the ground.
"Love you too." He mocked with a laugh, making me roll my eyes.
"This is no time for feelings. Do you see where the hell we are?" I exclaimed. "What if someone saw us?" I asked panicking.
Luke stood up, and it wasn't until this moment I realized he was completely nude.
"Oh good god." I yelled, throwing my towel at him.
He caught it, wrapping it around his waist. "Don't worry babe, no one saw us. No paparazzi can even get up here. The boys went to bed, and they're the only ones allowed up here. We rented the pool out." He spoke, making me sigh in relief.
"Alright alright. We just need to get back, seriously. Before the boys question us." I muttered.
I grabbed my flipflops, walking towards the closed doors. I swung one open, the hot metal burning my hand slightly seeing as the sun was out. The aching instant pain reminded me of last night when Luke burnt me, making me giggle to myself. I should have been upset, but hey what can you do. It happens, and it was just giving me memories to live on with.
Luke followed as I walked throughout the hotel, ending up back at my room. I brought out my card, pushing it into the hole whilst hearing the satisfying click. I pushed open the door, turning around to face Luke.
"I'll see you later yeah?" I said, tilting my head.
"No goodbye kiss?" He pouted, giving me those big blue eyes.
"Luke." I whispered. "It's risky." I said but he didn't listen, leaning in to kiss me sweetly. "Love you. See you later." He spoke happily, running off. I smiled wide, heart fluttering as I shut my door, leaning against it with my hands sprawled against the cool wood finish.
What was I going to do with him?
Moving across my room, I went to my clothes and grabbed out a comforting outfit. Leggings that went just above my ankles, and a slight cropped sweatshirt. I wasn't planning on facing the world today, which meant the comfort of my hotel bed and room service.
I slipped off my bathing suit in the middle of my room, leaving it on the ground as I walked into the bathroom, holding a fresh towel around my body.
