Aphmau's past ~=* A forgotten memory*=~ [Discontinued]

~*~Chapter 4~*~ The Crytsal Falls

Aphmau's POV
"YAY, today is the day!"
I jumped around my getting all my possessions ready. I grabbed my camping bag, took a lantern and hooked it to the side of my pack, along with a couple of batteries and matches just in case.
"Mommy should have the map, her stuff and food, so I think I'm good." I said as I set down my pack next to the door
I took of my cap and sat down on my bed, as I watched the the mother bird give her little baby's food in a near by nest, in the tree next to her window.
"Honey, breakfast is ready, come down its your favorite blueberry pancakes with strawberries"
"OHHH I LOVE STRAWBERRIES, Ok mom! Coming down"
I ran out of my room and ran down to the kitchen, where I ate the best pancakes in the world!
Melody's POV
I watched as my little blossom, then I told my daughter "well I'm going upstairs to finish pack okay?"
"Ok mommy, I'll be waiting here"
I went upstairs and into my room, where I grabbed a velvet embroidered pouch that was a hand me down from the earlier generations of my family... I pushed that memory away and walked into Aphmau's room.
I saw her bag laying on the floor directly in font of the door and zipped open the smallest pocket, and peered in.
"Good there's nothing in there" I thought to myself
I placed the tiny little velvet pouch inside and did some of my own magiks and casted a spell that she would only be able to open it once I left her...
"Come on Melody, stop crying its for the greater good."
I blinked away tears and zipped her pack closed
3rd POV
Aphmau and Melody said there good byes to the father, and left there small cottage. They walked through creeks, forest, mashes. They picked flowers in a open field, they walked for hours...until they heard the sound of water.
Aphmau POV
I sighed and breathed in the fresh air, listened to the sounds of birds, the wind blowing through the trees, looking at the bright sun smiling down at me. Today was the perfect day to go CAMPING.
I smiled at my mom,but she had a far away look in her eyes... She had seemed really sad the past couple days... Ever since she told me about us going camping today...

I tried smiling at mommy, she looked at me and smiled back
"Oh my little blossom, I can't wait till you see the falls" her eyes widened as she heard a noise
" Wat is it mommy" I looked around but I didn't see anything other than trees and bushes...then I heard it, the gushing of water. My eyes grew as wide as oranges (lol.bye)
As my mommy moved branches and bushes to make a clear path, the noise because louder.
Is squealed with delight "WE'RE HER,WE'RE HERE."
Just a my mom pushed away a curtain of vines, bright sunlight shined on us both, we stepped out on to a stone ledge and stared in aw.

The water fall stood high and defiant as the water gushed down into the shimmering pool of crystal water. The small droplets of water casted a bright, colorful rainbow in the air. Tress that surrounded the water fall, were full of blossoming flowers and honeysuckles grew from vines hanging of the highest tress. Birds and butterflies flew through the air, flapping their wings, showing off a wide variety of colors and patters.
It was paradise.😇

Me and my mama, shock our selves out of the daze and started to limb down the ledge. Once we were both down safety, we searched around for a good spot to set up camp, and settled down for a tree that had vines and flowers blossoming over them. It covered our little camp site, from view, of whom? I didn't know. My mommy was very cautious, she looked like she was on high alert now... with that glint of sadness and fear in her eyes.
"Mama, are you ok? You seem sad..." I said as I turned to face her
She smile wearily "oh my little blossom, I'm fine..."
"Are you sure mommy?"
"I'm sure" she put on a confident grin and stood up
" Come on, let go explore the falls, I know your dying to swim in the pool" and she winked at me
"YAY, heheh"

We climbed over boulders and slippery rocks as we made our way the the center pool. There were small little lizards and frogs living in small little gaps, between the rocks. Dragonflies resting on top of blades of grass that grew between the rocks. Once, I even tripped over a frog and nearly killed it, thankfully my mom was there to catch me.

We edged our ways around sharp rocks and finally, we approached the crystal clear water in the center, the fall was a so loud and defining I had to cover my ears. "It's amazing " I cried as a pulled my hand through the rainbows formed by the mist in the air. I jumped and clapped, I was happy, till slipped on a wet patch of grass that I hadn't seen. there before and screamed as I fell towards... the water...down, down, down... Then everything, turned black.

I've had a lot of school work recently :p well I'll try to get a chapter per week for u guys;)
