Recap: He was beautiful.

His chocolate brown eyes met mine and he rubbed the back of his head with his hand. He then smirked at me and looked over to Beckett who was standing next to me.

"She's cute!" Matt stated, which made my cheeks blush a little. "I can see why you picked her. She'll be perfect."

What? Picked me for what? What in the world was I suddenly so perfect for?

"Sorry what...?" I interrupted "What have I been picked for here? Have I missed something?"

Matt looked around awkwardly and opened his mouth to speak, but Beckett have him a harsh glare and looked back at me.

"Oh it's nothing you need to worry about for the time being, princess"

"Nothing? Nothing? First you dragged me down the corridor, then you carried me down the corridor, then you tried to kiss me, and now you're not telling me something which most obviously involves me" I rant back at Beckett, "Oh, and don't call me princess."

All of a sudden, the bell rang to signify the start of the school day and people started filing out of their home rooms and into the corridors. I marched off away from the two boys to try and find my first lesson, which was English. I didn't have a map or any prior knowledge to where anything was in the school so I ended up wandering around aimlessly. The corridors were starting to empty, so I knew I had to move my ass or I would get a late on my first day. Talk about good first impressions.

I was meandering around the door to the toilets, trying to find my way around when a girl around my age with dark brown hair ran up to me. She was shorter than me (probably about 5ft), and she looked at my face with her shockingly blue eyes and grinned.

"Hi! I'm Lindsey Graham. I'm in your class. You must be Arden?!" She was very bubbly and bouncy and I knew instantly that a girl like her could have very few enemies, "Follow me! You're in my English class too!"

I followed Lindsey all the way to English - I wasn't actually that far away from the room when I got lost - and we sat down in our seats near the back of the room. The teacher was nice enough, but strict so I knew that I couldn't get on her bad side...

Twenty minutes passed and the door flew open, and entered Beckett, Matt and another boy who I had not been introduced (may I say he was immensely attractive as well).

"Beckett, Matthew and Flynn, please take your seats. Why are you so late to my lesson?" The teacher exclaimed and I instantly knew that the Boys weren't particularly popular with the teachers of the school.

Beckett as the first to reply, I guess he was the leader of the pack - the alpha. " Sorry ma'am, we were looking for Arden here" he gave his most attractive smile and the teacher's hard eyes softened "you see I was assigned to look after her by the principal, and I kinda got a bit side tracked and she got lost... Sorry for being late, I just didn't want her lost and on her own..."

At this point, my mouth was hanging open, he lied so easily and the teacher let him off so quickly after his 'apology', but it made me wonder... did he actually care if I got lost and why?

Lindsey saw my gaze directed at Beckett and whispered in my ear.
"So you know him?"

I gave a short answer of 'no' and started that I didn't particularly want to anyways.

"Well he seems pretty interested in you," Lindsey motioned towards where Beckett was sitting (a few rows along), who was intently looking at me with his blue-grey eyes. "You're going to be on the hit list now, you won't escape" she laughs.

"Hit list? Great." I tilted my head slightly, confused at the sound of a hit list.

"Yeahh... the boys' fan club won't leave you alone now... Prepare for the death threats. You're already getting the glares," I scanned around the room and laughed at the amount of people already glaring at me. My reputation was really fab especially as I was now connected to the Boys, that I was pretty sure at least half of the female population of the school had slept with. I decided in that moment that I would not be turning into one if those girls. I didn't want to lose my virginity to a one night stand.

When English was finished, me and Lindsey made our way to leave the room, but Beckett and Matt approached us before we could reach the door.

"I see you've made a friend already, princess, why don't you bring her along to sit with us at lunch?" Beckett did his trademark smirk and left us standing there in the first of our English room, jaws touching the floor.

"We could sell the seats?" I joked "I bet people would kill to sit next to the Boys at lunch; how much money do you reckon we'd get?"

Lindsey' s reply surprised me, "Nah... I'd rather keep the seats all to ourselves. Maybe hanging with the Boys this lunch will provide us with a bit of entertainment for your first day. And plus they're all really hot so that's a good enough reason on its own!" She smiled and we made our way to our next lesson.

Rumours travelled fast around Greenwood High, soon enough, I was pretty sure that the whole school knew about my little run in with the Boys and some even witnessed Beckett carrying me up the corridor through the windows of their classroom doors.

We got glares, whispers and people even parted in the corridor to let us both through. This treatment reminded me much like how it was in Riverdale. I didn't want to turn into that girl again, so I tried my best to blend into the crowds on my way to each lesson that morning.
