Just Take A Chance

Chapter 1

Me and Dylan waited impaintly in these really hard chairs, i had to take Dylan to the bathroom like three times. It felt like they were in the room forever, because Dylan keeped getting up and running. Finally he setlled down and sat down. Just a little bit after that are parents came out of the meeting with the doctor to see if she was over cancer or how long until she passed. They finally walk out of the room. Dad had his arm wraped around moms wast tightly , moms make-up was smeared down her face, like she had been crying. Dad looked really worryed and sad. I had never saw him sad before. We jumped up and ran to her. She huged us tightly for long time, i was hoping she would never let go but she did. Tears stremed down her cheekes and she said "I love you guys....... i asked her what the doctor said. She said the doctor said I only have a week left........ after she could talk she said that we were going to go on a three day trail ride. Then she said a little happer "promise me y'all will try to make this the best trail ride ever." We all promised and then slowly walk to the car and drove home in home in complete scilence. When we got home we packed our bages and took a warm shower, then we got good night sleep. The next morning we all ate together and had a nice talk when we were done i washed dishes and Dad dryed and put away. I told him i didnt want to lose mom. He said "I dont either. I wish there was somthing else i could do but theres nothing we just half to conforet her for her last days." Me and dad when out and saddled the horses, and louded the extra horse with are stuff. I went in and grabbed mom and Dylan. I helped Dylan up on my horse and Dad helped Mom up. Then Me and Dad got up behind them. We all rode for seven hours. We talked and laughed for the hole ride, but after seven hours mom was exsatued so we stoped and set up camp for that the next two nights. While mom and Dylan rest edand ate some rice and beans. After we were Done seting camp, we ate with them and the mom and dad got there tent and me and Dylan got into ours. It was frezzing but we all made it throught the night.
