Okay so there was some trouble with this chapie so I re published it, sorry!!

A/N: this is not a lemon this one is an shojo kind of story so I apologize if you are expecting anything very "sexy".

I do not own Fairy Tail, but I do own the characters named; Okami and Kotaro though they have names from other games (otomes) and animes they are completely mine.

On the 24th of December levy was leaving Fairy Tail for a 'job' when someone's hand was placed on her shoulder.

"Oh!"-levy said startled.

"Where are you going shrimp?"said gajeel curious.

"I'm just heading out for a while but I'll be back soon"

"Are you going on a job?"

"Yes, why?"- she said with a smile that didn't quite reach her ears.

Gajeel was sure that something was definitely wrong but not wanting to upset levy right before a job he said nothing and just hugged levy gentle enough so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable.

"Be safe, shrimp"

"Okay!"-levy said with a smile, but that smile looked pained in gajeel's eyes.

Levy left Fairy tail without looking back at gajeel like she used to.

'I'm sorry for lying Gajeel I'll explain everything when I get back' she thought to her self while leaving fairy tail with eyes full of tears.

Mean while at Fairy Tail:

'Why didn't she look back? Did I do something wrong?' Gajeel thought to himself when levy didn't give him the smile she used to give him when she was leaving for a job

"Hey, metal face you okay?" Said Natsu when he saw Gajeel in front of the door looking the way levy had went.

"She didn't smile like she usually does when leaving for a job"- said gajeel looking confused as many thoughts ran through his head.

"Oh!, she didn't tell you did she?"

"Tell me what, Salamander?"

"Oh sorry that is not something you shouldn't learn from anyone except from her, sorry man"- Natsu said that and left Gajeel alone

Back at the streets of magnolia:

"Hello Okami-Nee! How are you?" Said levy with a small smile

"Hello I'm fine you?" Said Okami while holding out some red and white roses and some lilies

"I'm hurting"

"Why what happened levy-chan?"

"I had to lie to Gajeel so I could go 'there' today"
