Chapter 36| Fights
After that incident with Niall earlier we could barley look at each other, the whole car was dead silent and nobody was talking. I think the guys and Summer were putting the pieces that something happening between me and Niall.
My head was leaning on Harry's shoulder. I felt like I was betraying Niall because I was putting my shoulder on another mans shoulder.
"Where we going?" I suddenly spoke up.Harry looked down at me with a smile, but with a twinkle of guilt. What the hell?
"Um, we're going to an abandon house that Paul found for us. We're staying there till we figure everything out." Harry explains in his deep raspy voice but was quiet at the same time.
Every few minutes or so I could feel Niall's eyes on me. Watching me if I going to make eye contact back with him, but I choose not to. I needed to ignore him. Pretend I didn't like him.
To stop my feelings from losing control.
I looked out the window hoping there was something to keep my mind off of. There were lots of green surrounding us. the tree and the grass were a blur since Louis was driving a bit fast for my taste. The gravel dirt road and the tires from the van was making dirt and dust fly. the windows were getting dirty, with the pleasure of insects and bugs to the finishing touch.
The van started to slow down as I see there was a mud road that made its way into the forest and beyond the green trees. The mud road was making the van difficult to drive through. I'm guessing a rainstorm passed by since the mud was fresh and moist from the van to get stuck.
I didn't notice the old looking house in front of me until Harry bumped me on the shoulder. The house was old but still standing to my wonder. There was rust along the walls that were painted green but could be mistaken for a fool yellow. The shingles were falling off the roof with some lying on the grass in the front yard. The grass was quiet long since nobody was cutting it, and the windows had small cracks that were covered with tape. Overall it looked like a dump but is was manageable to live in for a couple days at the most with five boys and two girls.
I opened the car door and slammed it shut walking towards the house shack.
"This is the fucking house were living in!" Harry wines making, giving a look at Liam. I smile at him in amusement.
I guess Harry saw and decided to saw something. "You thinking this is funny, huh Hazel?"
I only nods before booking it into the house before Harry got the chance to hunt me down.
Once I enter the house is smelled like old gramma. "It's not that bad. It could be worse." I added, making everyone else groan. We walk inside to see the old ripped up furniture. The kitchen was an 80's kitchen with that bright blue computer tops and matching fridge. There was still a stove, sink and a microwave. Lucky us.
"Oh god." I mutter, letting my head fall back and closing my eyes. It like we walked back in time or something. Back to the future comes in my head.
"You got to be kidding me." Harry groans is frustration. He was looking around at what he had to live in for the next couple of days.
"I call first dibs!" I yell going into a hallway were I was guessing the rooms were held. I fond a nice bedroom with a twin bed. It's better than nothing.
I hear a group of fast footsteps running find a decent room they like. I was lucky I didn't have to share my room with on of the boys.
Liam, Niall and Summer are sharing a room with Harry, and Louis sharing a room next door to them.
