Chapter 4

"Now, for the boy!" A tear stream down my face, I can't see Katniss! where is she? "Peeta Mellark! " I wanna scream after her, find her, but I can't. "District 12 tributes for the 74th annual hunger games! Primrose Everdeen and Peeta Mellark! Come on you two, shake hands!" I turn to Peeta, he is probably at Katniss' age. We shake hands. "May the odds be ever in your favour! " That's the last thing Effie says. Peacekeepers guide us in to the justice building. And I'm waiting. Katniss? Where is she? "Katniss!" I shrieks. no answer. "Katniss!" desperate scream comes out of my mouth. I'm starting to cry. She's probably left the district with Gale, they've talked about it. The door opens. "Katniss?" two peacekeepers enters the room. They pushes me into a car with Effie and Peeta. I'm looking out to the crowd, looking for Katniss. But, she isn't there. Then, I can see her. She's running, no sprinting, through the crowd. "Prim! Prim!" My tears is now streaming down my face. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! " shes shrieking now. "Prim! Remember, you can heal with plants!" A peacekeeper grabs her "Play helpless, maybe you can su.." Shes dragged away from me, at the same time I'm driving away from her. We enters the train. I take a last look out of the window, thinking. 'Goobye Katniss, goodbye mum, goodbye friends, goodbye buttercup, goodbye district 12 and goodbye life' I can hear I scream "I love you, little duck!!!!!!" Then the train rolls out of the station.
