Percy couldn't see anything except a bright, retina-shattering white. He felt as if every atom of his body was being ripped apart then reconnected all within a split second.

This cycle went on for a while.

Although he couldn't see Artemis, he could certainly feel her as he wrapped her body closer to his. He didn't care if they landed in the stone ages or the Renaissance, as long as he had Artemis.

Suddenly the blinding, almost clinical white morphed into a swirl of colours, creating a reality from the white.

Only then did Percy realise they were falling.

He opened his wings out of habit, but they exploded with pain, and he remembered that they were still broken.

Resorting to another method, he manipulated the water in the air to form a cushion around them mere moments before they hit the ground in a fiery collision.

From the impact, Percy and Artemis rolled apart in different directions, coughing and spluttering.

Percy stood to his feet, feeling sick and tired of all the complications in his life.

He looked up at the sky, completely furious with Order.

"You stupid bastard! I'm going to kill you, you skinny little white rat! You bloody coward! Just you wait until I get my hands on you, you fuc-" a stream of colourful obscenities flew from Percy's mouth.

Eventually he stopped calling Order every name beneath the sun, only to see that he was standing in the centre of Camp-Half Blood with a bunch of wide eyed campers, a centaur and a wine god staring at him.

"What?" he demanded "Never seen a man covered in blood yelling at the sky before?!"

Percy was suddenly punched across the face.

"You idiot!" Artemis screamed, punching him continuously "What the hades were you doing, getting yourself killed like that?! Do you know how much you scared me, you prat?! I ought to turn you into a jackelope!"

Artemis punched him further, pummelling his chest and head.

"Ow! Ow, Artemis....stop! Stop hitting me, woman! I'm sorry! OW!" Percy yelped, covering his head with his arms.

"L-Lady Artemis?" Chiron stuttered, looking completely bewildered.

Artemis stopped hitting Percy to raise an eyebrow at him. "Yes?"

"W-What's going on? Who is this?" Chiron asked, his eyes darting back and forth between the two.

Several campers from the dining pavilion walked over, their weapons drawn. Percy recognised them instantly- the immortal campers. But the thing that unnerved him most was that his past self had an arm slung around Annabeth.

"Who are you?!" Clarisse growled, eyeing him distrustingly.

Percy looked shocked "What do you mean? Don't you recognise me?"

Artemis laughed. "Of course they wouldn't! You have wings, more muscles and you've grown much taller. Also your aura is completely different."

"Oh..." Percy frowned.

"Hey Seaweed Brain, he sounds like you!" Annabeth laughed. Past Percy pouted.

Percy winced visibly, which didn't go unnoticed by Artemis, who grabbed his hand.

Everyone else stared at them in shock, unable to believe what they were seeing.

Suddenly there was a collective flash of golden light, and stood before them were the fourteen Olympians.
