~500 years in the future~

Cries of anguish echoed through the throne room as they watched Percy and Artemis fall back in time, gripping each other tightly.

Order cackled in triumph, dancing on the spot like a madman.

He stopped abruptly when a trident impaled itself in his chest. He looked at it in shock before gaping at a furious Poseidon.

"Bring them back! Bring them back right now!" Poseidon bellowed, gripping Order's blood stained shirt.

"Let me think..." Order stroked an imaginary beard "No! Ha-ha-ha!"

He resumed his insane Morris dancing, despite the trident embedded in his chest.

"Why are you doing this?" Bianca sobbed, clutching her knees to her chest as she wept on the cold marble floor.

"Because!" Order grew angry "This is my universe! I deserve it!"

"The only thing you deserve is castration" Thalia spat as tears flowed down her cheeks.

Order ripped the trident out of his chest and licked his silver blood off. "Yum, tastes like cupcakes"

Chaos began to stir from her place on the floor.

"Let's see how far you get in this war without your little prince and his sexist girlfriend." Order's eyes gleamed with insanity. He disappeared in flash of white, leaving the trident and a small cupcake on the ground.

The burst of light seemed to bring Chaos around as her eyes shot open. She sat up suddenly, her eyes searching the room for something.

"Oh no" she whispered, her eyes full of black tears "I couldn't help it. I could only watch as I...he...killed him. I killed Percy"

She broke down into choked sobs, hugging herself in her despair. Thalia rushed to the ancient deity's side.

"No!" Thalia cried "Void, I think his name was, resurrected him. He's fine, as far as I know"

Chaos sniffed, her eyes filling with hope "Truthfully?"

Thalia nodded, but gasped as Chaos grappled her in a hug.

"Where is he then?" Chaos asked, looking around the room. Thalia looked down, unsure of how to tell the seemingly young girl in front of her that they weren't even sure which millennia their friends were in.

"Chaos..." Luke said gently, kneeling down next to her "Percy and Artemis were thrown back in time by your brother"

"No..." Chaos whispered, shaking her head disbelievingly. "Are you sure?"

Luke nodded his head solemnly and winced as a fresh trail of tears made their way down Chaos' cheeks.

Luke pulled her into a hug, wrapping his wings around her comfortingly.

Chaos stood up, a determined light in her black eyes.

"We need to find out where they are and how to get them back" she said, pacing the floor. Her form changed to that of a twenty-nine year old with a floor length gown.

"Why can't you just like...magic them back?" Leo asked, his eyebrows furrowed.

Chaos stopped her pacing to look at him. "Time is a fragile thing. One mistake, and suddenly the foundations of the universe crumble. Tampering with it is against the very laws of the universe itself."
