Where the heck am I?
Oh, duh. I just moved to my aunt's place, so no wonder it looks so weird. But what woke me up? I don't even have my alarm set. Oh, it's my sister.
"WAKE UP, YOU DUMBO, WE HAVE SCHOOL IN ONE HOUR," she yelled at me.
I sit up as fast as I can. I need to get ready, runs through my head. My sister is in the way,and I hit her head with mine.
"OW," we both say at the same time. We look at each other, then start laughing our butts off. I then look around the room and start running to my closet to find an outfit. Well, I pull out a dance T-shirt and skinny jeans and get ready to head off to my first day of Grove High School.
*AT GROVE HIGH SCHOOL*
My sister and I pull up to the school. It's fudging huge! Man, for a small town this place is big. We walk inside, I expect people to stare at me, I was right. Everybody acts like they haven't seen a human being before, seriously. It's weird, but I ignore it and walk to the front office with my sister. We get there, and get greeted by a lady at the front desk, I look at the name plaque on her desk. Mrs. Garcia, okay, that's easy to remember. When we get to her desk she sees us and looks up.
"Can I help you young ladies?", she asks.
"Yes, me and my sister are new here." my sister says.
"Oh, let me look in the computer for both of you, name please?" she asks.
"Lacey Elizabeth Smith, and this is my sister, Alana Emily Smith." my sister says.
"I could have said my own name," I mumble, but my sister hears it because I hear her scoff, acting like I can't speak English.
Mrs. Garcia looks up at us and smiles while giving us our schedules and locker combinations.
"Have a great day young ladies, and welcome to Grove High School." she says.
"Thank you, have a great day!" my sister and I say a the same time. Then we head off to our first period class that we have together, Math with Mr. Matthew. This is going to be fun.
