ADHD As A Teenager

my diognosis of ADHD

Whell my mam was disappoined thought but then later on in the month she know I was all squirmy(couldn't sut still aways krpt moving) on carpet
She then decided to see a doctor called jane she talked to my mam and to me she then told me I had ADHD and tokd me what it is I stoped paused and was so brocken I knew this would also help so she quickly got me on medication (oh I had many different ones over years find the best for me) I relilied it helped me so much to control myself but its not a cure it just helps a bit this changed my life...
