CHAPTER NINE – MR. POSSESSIVE
“WOW! This is amazing, Daniel!”
Kath is so cute when she’s amazed. She’s like a kid who went to Enchanted Kingdom, for the first time.
We just arrived at Tagaytay.
My parents own a beach house. So I decided to visit it, with my girlfriend, as a gift for her.
“How many are rooms are there, in here?”
“Only two.”
“Air conditioned, lahat?”
“No. Only one room is air conditioned. I’ll sleep on the non-air conditioned, don’t worry.”
I was about to enter the non-air conditioned room, when she pulled me.
“Don’t, silly. You have no problem sleeping with me in one room, right?”
“Of course, not.”
She smiled, “Good. Then, get inside.” She pulled me to the air conditioned room.
“Bihis lang ako.” I nodded at her.
I laid down at the bed. Ah…I am so tired.
“Uh, Daniel. Hindi ka ba magbibihis?”
Napatayo ako.
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY. Ang ganda ng girlfriend ko.
“Mag-bibihis. But, I still have to give my gift.”
“Hay, Daniel. You gave me a million gifts, already. Aren’t all of those enough?”
“No, all of those aren’t enough for me to say ‘thank you’ for making me happy.”
“Tsk, making you happy? You’re the one with the most efforts. I should be the one giving you gifts, to say thank you.”
“No Kath. THANK YOU, for giving me your sweet ‘yes’. For making me smile. For making my day, everyday.”
She smiled, “It has been my pleasure.”
I gave her a TOMS paper bag.
She opened it in excitement, “WOW! OMG, DANIEL! MUSTACHE! OH MY G! I LOVE YOUUUUUUUU!!!” Then she hugged me. Hahaha!
“You’re welcome, Ba. Sige, bihis lang ako.”

“Let’s go?”
She nodded.
She’s wearing white shorts and a red t-shirt. Paired with wedge slippers.
I’m wearing a white loose t-shirt, and above the knee blue shorts. Paired with blue slippers.
“Where are we going?”
We’re just walking on the beach, kasi.
“I don’t know. Are you hungry? Let’s eat breakfast, nalang. You haven’t eaten anything.”
“UGH, yes please.”
We went to a seafood restaurant.
“Good morning, Sir. Ma’am. Can I take your order?”
“Uh, I’ll have…ummm..shrimp calamares. You, Pot?”
“I’ll have…shrimp carbonara.”
