Chapter 5

When we arrived at Shawn's house I started to have a head ache. "Is everything alright?" Shawn asked. "Head ache."

"Aw my poor baby girl is having a head ache" I blushed. "Go lay down on the couch and I'll get you some water and a wet cloth for your forehead" Shawn laid me down on the couch carefully and got me a glass of water and put a wet cloth on my forehead. Then I fell asleep.

Shawn's POV

While I was playing my guitar, I heard Gabbi screaming. So I ran to the living room with my guitar and I see Gabbi, shaking, and crying. "Babe! shh are you okay? Calm down I'm here." I felt her forehead and it's hot like really hot. "Shit, she's getting sick" I mumbled.

I wet a clean cloth  with cold water and I placed it on her forehead. But it didn't work, she was crying out my name. She's having a nightmare. "Gabbi gabbi shh wake up, I'm here!"

Gabbi's POV

I wake up and when I saw Shawn sitting there I hugged him instantly and cried into his chest. "Baby girl, it's alright I'm here now. Now, tell me what did you dream off."

"I was walking in school, and I see you with Ashley and both of you hurted me and you said that Ashley is more beautiful than me and I'm an ugly piece of trash that lived in the poor country."

"Shh, it's alright. You know, I would never say that to you. You know why?" I shrugged my shoulder. Shawn moved some of my hair out of my face and said "because you're perfect out of all those girls and when I first saw you, you were absolutely beautiful without makeup and you're not girly, you're perfect. Now do you want me to cuddle you and watch Netflix." I nodded 

He carefully sits me up and lays me down on his chest.  We were watching Once Upon a Time  while Shawn stroked my hair til I fell asleep.

I wake up to the fresh smell of bacon and eggs. "Morning baby girl" Shawn comes and plants a kiss on my forehead. "Well you missed dinner but I understand you were sick. Now come on lets eat cause we got school" Shawn smiled.

Shawn helps me up and sits me down and I continue to eat. "Shawn did you cook this?" I asked. "Yep, just for you" he winks.

"Thank you babe" I smiled. "Anything for my baby girl" he pecks my lips. After eating I get dressed did my hair and brushed my teeth and head out with Shawn. 

During math I met a girl name Elizabeth and we've became really best friends. We sat together at lunch and talked.

"So I heard you're dating Shawn Mendes" Elizabeth winked. "You're so damn lucky!" 

"Thanks!" I blushed. "By the way have you met the school slut Ashley?" I nodded. "She is like obsess with Shawn" I rolled my eyes playfully after Elizabeth said that. "I obviously knew that cause she tried beating me up and Shawn came and yelled at her face" Elizabeth laughed. "REALLY WHAT DID HE SAY!!"

"Calm down. I'll tell you." I explained everything and I see her jaw drop at what I explained to her. "Damn, I want a boyfriend like that. He's like a superhero."

"It's true he's basically my superman" I laughed. "Oh really" I heard a strange voice so I turned around see Shawn standing there smirking.

"Oh, hey Shawn" I said awkwardly. "So you think I'm your superman?" he winks. "Oh maybe.." I said sarcastically.

"Oh so now you think that I'm no longer your superman" he raises his eyebrow.

"I'm kidding of course you are and you'll always be my superman."

"And you'll always be my baby girl" he places a kiss on my lips. "Ahem, no PDA here" me and Shawn looked at Elizabeth and started to laugh. 

"UGH what's with those sluts over there with MY BOY---" Ashley walked over to us but Shawn cut her sentence saying "Ashley, do you need those ear check cause I NEVER SAID I WAS YOUR BOYFRIEND!"

"Shawn listen, I've known her for a very long time she just---"

"Ashley don't even dare make up an excuse because I know your dirty fucking lies. Plus, Gabbi doesn't even know you. So why the hell are you trying to convince me that Gabbi does dirty things to other guys. Like the way she dresses and stuff."

"YOU FUCKING LITTLE SLUT" she tried yanking my hair but Shawn pushes her down. He grabs her by the cheek and said "lay one little single finger one more time, I will seriously hurt you" he lets go of her roughly and Ashley runs away.

I wrapper my arms around his back and said to him...

"My hero."
