As I pop open the jar of the "mild" kimchi I notice the odor that comes from it. It's very spicy and vinegary. As you people may or may not know, I don't like spicy things, but the smell won't hold me back from eating the kimchi. I grab my chopsticks and a metal bowl. I place down a few pieces of the kimchi. I position my chopsticks in my hand to my comforting. I grab one piece. A very small piece. I place the kimchi in my mouth to experience this delightful yet spicy taste. I'm delighted yet also in tears because of the taste. It said mild but I'm here about to die......... .-.
