The Big Day

Hailey's POV: 

Today I wake up feeling something different. I jumped out of bed and threw on some leggings, a Simply Southern shirt, and some boots. I walked to school with my dog and then I seen Blake. He ran up to me and said he was sorry about what happened yesterday. I just said okay and walked by. Then I seen Lucas. He was all dressed up for some reason but he looked really cute.

Lucas's POV: 

I seen Hailey walking my way so I fixed my hair and walked up to her. She smiled when I got to her. Then, I finally got the nerves to ask her if she wants to date. Then, she said yes. I was the happiest guy at school all day today and showed her off to everyone.

Hailey's POV: 

Lucas asked me out so I said yes and then we went around the whole school. After school, I watched Lucas at football practice. He's the cutest guy I've seen yet at this school. 

Now we are leaving school. I start to walk home but Lucas tell's me to get in his car. Of course I do, and we ride to my house. Then I walk into my house and sit down on the couch. Next, I text Lucas.

Me: Hey Lucas! :-)

Lucas: Hey Baby

Me: What are you doing?

Lucas: Eating some chips. What you doing?

Me: Playing with my dog Tanner.
