Trapped in a Masquerade

This is the story of a very strange event. We focus mainly on one young lady by the name of October Beverly. Her life has been filled to the brim with action, mystery, horror, and last but not least, romance. The time that her little story begins is at the most life changing moment in time. She was just at a party, having a grand time, when her life got turned inside out.

You aren't going to want to leave. Actually, you couldn't even if you tried. . .

                                                                        Prologue 

It started the day I received a letter in the mail. I usually didn't get mail, so I was a bit curious. It wasn't anywhere near my birthday or Christmas. I opened it and found out it was an invitation to a party. Not just any party. It was a masquerade party hosted by Kat and Morgan Crescent.

I pulled out a picture from inside the envelope. It was an image of what looked to be a castle. It also had directions on how to get there. Was the party really being hosted in that building? 

 You have been invited to attend a masquerade ball February 14. Please wear a nice dress and Mask. We want you to look classy. Who knows? Maybe you will find your prince there. The doors will open seven o'clock pm. and we will try to end around eleven thirty.
