Sierra's POV
The next morning, I was the only one up, aside from Peter. I headed for the creek, and he was following me. I groaned under my breath and turned to him.

"Is there a reason that you're following me?" He raised his eyebrows.
"Maybe." I growled under my breath.
"Cheek. Why are you following me?" He took a step closer, clearly not worried.
"Because I wanted to talk to you, and this is the only way. You're ignoring me back at camp." I sighed.
"And do you remember what happened? I don't appreciate it when people mess with my emotions." He nodded, sighing.
"And that's why you've been completely ignoring me. You're upset about what happened the last time I saw you. The kiss." I slammed Thil Galel down onto one of the rocks, turning to look him in the eyes.

"Well, looks like King Peter does have a brain in his head after all. Yes. It hurt. I'd been hoping for something like that for fifteen years, and then it happened and you disappeared. I've been in love before, and I've had my heart broken before. Just not like that. Most of the men who have done stuff like that to me don't really care about my feelings. I guess you're one of them too." I sheathed my sword again, and started to walk away.

Peter's POV
"Most of the men who have done stuff like that me don't really care about my feelings. I guess you're one of them too." I stood there, shocked, as she sheathed her sword and started to walk away. I grabbed her wrist, pulling her back towards me, and then took her hands in mine.

"Peter, what are you doing? Let me go, now!" I spoke softly, placing one of my hands on her shoulder.
"Sierra, I didn't know. I was scared before that day, afraid that I would make a fool out of myself if I said anything. And believe me, I'm not like them. Can you look me in the eyes right now, and tell me that I don't care about you? That your feelings don't matter to me?" I placed one finger under her chin, gently lifting it so she was looking me in the eyes.

"Can you?" I whispered, and she shook her head, a tear trickling down her cheek.
"I love you, Sierra. I've loved you for quite some time now." She smiled.
"Peter, I.......I love you too." I took her hands again, and leaned close, kissing her. I felt the butterflies take flight, and I gently placed my hands on her waist, holding her close. I pulled back, our foreheads touching.

"I'm not going to lose you again, Sierra. Not now, not any day. Come on. We should be getting back." She smiled gently, taking my hand. She picked up her water jug with the other hand, and we headed back to camp.

"Should we have a little fun with them? Make them think we're still mad at each other?" She asked, letting go of my hand.
"I think that could be fun. But only for a few days." She smiled.
"I wouldn't ask you for any more than that." I gently pushed her up against a tree, setting her jug down. I smashed my lips to hers, holding her close. It was amazing. Then, something happened. Humans, and Sierra, need oxygen. We pulled away, and I looked at her. She was smiling, breathless, and her cheeks were flushed.

"Well.....I liked that one better than the first two." She teased. I kissed her again, and then we heard a groan.
"Aagh! My poor eyes!" We pulled away, blushing, and saw Edmund there, covering his eyes.
"Ed!" We both complained, glaring at him. He smirked, running back towards camp.
"Lucy! Susan! Peter and Sierra were snogging! They were snogging!" She grabbed the jug and her sword, and we chased after him. Susan stood there, hands on her hips.

"Snogging?" We both nodded sheepishly, still bright red. Then, she grinned.
"Took you long enough!" We all burst out laughing, and sat down. She leaned against me, placing her hand on my leg. I smiled. I didn't realize how much I missed her....until now.
