CHIAKI

What a drag. I was heading towards the grand room when I was interrupted by five men. And here we are just staring each other. "What do want?"I asked tired of this. Though I am curious if I can beat five people at the same time.

"This is payback for what you did last time," the angriest one said. It seems like the others are just following his orders. We stare at each other for a long time.

"I'm sorry," I said confused, "But who are you?" I tilted my head as fell they surprised.

"You don't even remember me!?" he pulled himself on feet again and was angry, "I am Dan, the one who got his ass kicked by you, you punk!"

"You know," I made a sorry face, "You are making yourself look bad by saying it like that." He lost his balance again.

"I know," he stood up and I get ready to fight any moment. Tears flowed from his eyes, he clenched his fist in front of him, he looked off into space and sparkled, "I am so ashamed that I lost to a punk like you, I will get my respect back!"

I just stood there amazed and embarrassed, "No, that ain't working." I said in a matter-of -fact tone.

"Shut up!" he said all his attention on me now. He threw a punch and I easily dodged it. I noticed four more hits all came together at me from the corner of my eye. I jumped as high as can and the four fighters crashed into each other. I took steps back and bumped into someone.

"Oh, this place doesn't seem familiar," a male's voice from behind. I turned around irritated because no one interrupts a fight between me. I could say that Dan and I both just wanted the guy to go away. The boy seemed to be my age with red eyes and reddish-black hair. He looked kinda lost.

"Hey who do you think you are interrupting my honorable fight!?" Dan yelled and I expected nothing else coming from him.

The boy's eye turned from bored to an angrier one, "If you can fight until you die only then you can earn my respect." He didn't even yell but his voice sent chills down my spine. "Anyway I was on my way to the grand room when I needed to go to the toilet but strangely I can't find my way back to the grand room. Could you do me the favor of telling me where I am?"

"Um, do you remember the way you went to the toilet?" I asked without realizing. Of course, he doesn't remember otherwise he wouldn't remember even a stupid knows that.

"Yes I do," his words caught me off guard and I waited for him to continued, "I kept on taking left and when I came out of the bathroom I did the same and kept on taking left."

No way, could anyone be THIS STUPID!!! I took a deep breath in and closed my eyes. "You are supposed to take the opposite direction," I said through my greeted teeth trying to stay calm.

"Well how am I suppose to know that?" he acted as if he has never heard of such a thing. That's it, I've had it with his stupidity.

"Are you fucking kidding me!?" I started to roll my sleeves up, "Are picking a fight!?" His eyes went down to my hand and I swear I saw his eyes widen but so little it was barely noticeable.

He smirked and turned around, wave a hand and said, "Thanks for the advice about the direction, I better head back." and with that, he turned the corner he came from. I followed him after a second of being dumbstruck only to find no sight of the boy. Just then the bell rang and the only thing that came to my mind was Michael's warning, 'If you are even a minute late then, well. Let's just say it won't be very pretty'  true that no one matches my strength but I'm not stupid enough to find out how Michael will punish me. He is someone I dare not mess around with. Without giving a second thought I ran as fast as I could for the grand room. I could hear Dan cursing and yelling me to come back and calling me names like a coward. Well I suppose he is right but what can I do, I do NOT want to mess with the cold-hearted prince.

I could see the grand room door and three people entered. I was running so fast that I couldn't stop my feet but I didn't miss the faces of the three, it was Marko and Serina and- wait for Timmy!?! I was too busy shocked that Timmy is actually not in the shadows and in front of everyone, I didn't notice the pillar and crashed with it. I started to see stars and bright lights. The stars and the bright light surrounded a certain someone who held out a hand with a worried face, Serina. She was an angel as the stars surrounded her and the bright light glowing from her body. "Are you ok?" she pulled me up and when did I even took her hand? "Um," she tried to say something but averted her eyes from mine for a moment but then went back, "I know I am new and I might be a bother sometimes but I really hope that we get along." Her eyes pleaded but I could clearly see the nervousness in her. Was she this nervous just to ask to be friends?

A smirk spread across my face, what a funny girl. I gave her a big grin, "Sure!" The expression on her face was priceless, so happy and relieved. My heart still beats crazy fast around her but if I can see such an expression than I don't mind it one bit. We found Michael already sat gracefully in the front row of seats. We too take our seats and that is when I saw that stupid boy. He was our biggest rival's new team member, Peter Heart. I kept glaring at him and when he noticed he just smile which only made glare at him harder. The battle has begun!
