SERINA

I feel it, nature is here in this abnormally huge garden. I need to find him, no I have to find him. If I don't find them then they might be in trouble, hurry. I pushed through the big trees and follow my intuition. The refreshing scent of the soil and the plants made me calm and confident. It really reminds me of nature. I wonder what kind of person nature is. A voice, it has to be the nature. I walked faster towards the voice. I pushed a very big leave aside. it's time see the nature!

TIM

At lunch break, I went to the garden as always. People say that if you enter deep inside the garden without knowing the garden of by heart then you'll definitely get lost so one wants to enter the garden too deep. It's a shame, there are so many things we can find in the garden. This garden has so many interesting plants and animals that it'll take years for anyone to know every one of them. It took me a full year to know everything in this place. I've always felt more comfortable here than around people. I love plants and animals and they say that they love me back. I come from a poor family and thought I can't attend any schools. But Musicterium Academy, (the most top-ranked Academy) is really cheap, all you need is to be able to sing. I have always loved singing in the wilderness too. Today was just any other day, me eating nuts and berries that the animals bought for me. And chatting with the plants and animals, until I heard someone walking fast towards me. I got up and jumped into the bushes to hide.

"Hello?" it was a voice of the girl who just transferred in the academy. She stopped in front of the bush where I was hiding. "Hehe, you're hiding in the bush, just like an animal." She smiled at me just like mom. She holds out her hand and I hesitated at first but then took it. As I came out so did all the animals. She looked at them and smiled as if it didn't surprise her at all. "I look like they really trust you, I'm Serina Soul and you are?"

"Tim," I said almost whispering, "Tim Flora." I looked up at her and she kept smiling. She didn't let go of my hand and wasn't scared of me. A lion rustled in the bush, it seems hungry. I pulled her behind me as the lion made its appearance. "Don't move, it seems hungry. And it looks like you're his prey. He wouldn't attack me because I am one from his pack but he wouldn't listen unless we stare it down." I stared him in the eye and felt a little tingle in my eye. They changed and Serina saw them, right now my blue eyes are glowing. Looks like she wouldn't smile at me anymore but this nightmare should be worth her life. "Leave," I said to the lion. He groaned, too hungry and the girl seems to be just in my appetite. "Leave," I said again with more force. We had a stare fight for thirty seconds.

SERINA

"Leave," he said forcefully and the lion groaned. "Leave," he said again with even more force. they had a stare down for thirty seconds. His eyes look nothing like the lion's but they both looked like two brave lions talking eye to eye. In Tim's eyes, I could see courage, loyalty, braveness, and maturity. Just by one look at his eyes, you can tell that he is really strong on another level. I was mesmerized by those eyes.

TIM

The lion finally gave up and bowed his head, "It won't be troubling you anymore," I turn back to check if she was alright or not but she just stood up and went through her small bag that she was carrying.

She took out two sandwiches, "He was just hungry, right? I have three sandwiches would you like one?" She kept smiling. Doesn't it scare you? What a bizarre girl. I ended up with a sandwich and so was the lion. He seems to enjoy it. Serina sat beside me and started to eat her one sandwich. She just suddenly burst into laughter. "Sorry," she tried to stop, "But could you tell more about this secret of yours?"

I looked down at my half eaten sandwich, "Ever since I was a kid I could understand every animal and plant. As I grew older my eyes started to change what I am now."

"That's amazing! Can you really understand any animal or plant?" she asked me with great enthusiasm.

"Not only that but I can manipulate the specialties that an animal has. All I need are some guidance from the animal. For example running like a cheetah, jumping from a high place like a cat, hear from far away like a wolf or have the eyes that can maneuver anything like a lion." We talked a lot until the lunch break ended and she pulled me to the classroom. She knew I was in her class and she also called me a 'friend'. For the first time, I've been called a friend. For the first time, I enjoyed talking about how I am not like a normal person with someone. For the first time, I enjoyed talking to someone besides animals and plants.

MYSTERY PERSON

How funny, the unlucky boy got lucky for the first time. The last two lessons are all music and everyone must go to the stadium (grand room) where the sing off is going on. Class B, group Boyz was said to wait at the classroom after the first lesson after lunch. How curious, maybe they are in trouble or maybe something else. "Alright guys, you remember the new girl, Serina, right?" Mr. Quit said, "Well, she needs to be in a team and since there isn't a girl on your team who can take the lead female singer, she would be joining your group."

He looked at the door and Serina came in with a shy look, "Please take care of me!" and she smiled.
