Chapter 12

"Hey, Jess?" I called into the living room.

"Yeah?" I heard her ask back.

"I'm running low on food, wanna come food shopping with me?"

"Yeah, sure."

I went to grab my jacket and we headed out the door. I drove us to the store and we got a trolley and headed in. I don't know why but this made me so happy. I loved doing normal things like this with her.

We got all the food I needed and then headed back to my flat. In the car I had an idea, "Jesy?"

"Yeah?"

"We've been dating for like two months now, right?"

"Yeah we have. Why?"

"Would you like to move in with me?" We were stopped at a red light so I looked at her. I saw her face had gone pale and she looked really worried. I frowned then sighed, "it's fine if you don't want to."

"No, I do. It's just..I feel like we're moving too fast. I'm quite happy the way we are now."

"Oh..okay. Well if you want to wait then that's completely fine by me," I smiled and saw a small smile on her face. I took her hand and squeezed it, "You okay?"

She just nodded in response squeezed my hand back. I smiled and drove the rest of the way home.

We got back to my flat and Jesy said something about being tired so I let her go and lye down while I unpacked the shopping. Once I was done I went through to the bedroom and climbed on the bed beside Jesy. I wrapped my arms round her and she cuddled into my chest. I kissed her head, "Sure you're okay?"

"Yeah I'm okay," She looked at me and I stroked her cheek.

"I had another thought. Would you be ready to come out as a couple?"

I watched her think it through and then she nodded, "Yeah I think that's a good idea."

I smiled and grabbed my phone and took a photo of us cuddled up. I showed her it to get her approval and then she sat up and grabbed her phone and she picked out a photo we already had.

I typed out my caption;

'Hey Mixers! Now, there has been a lot of rumours going round recently about Jesy and I. I am really pleased to announce that those rumours are true! Myself and Jesy are together and I've honestly never, ever been this in love. Thank you for your support. We love you all xx'

I watched as Jesy typed her caption that was significantly less detailed;

'What Pez said ;) I love my little Perrie Winkle!'

I smiled and then we were both about to hit post when suddenly I heard her breathing hitch. She grabbed my arm, "I can't..I can't.."

"Woah, baby, it's okay," I put my phone down and took hers out her hand and put it down too. I pulled her into my body and stroked her hair, "shh,
It's okay, I'm right here. You're okay."

She gripped onto my top, her whole body was tense and she was shaking. I knew she was having a panic attack so kept my voice soft and just cuddled her,
"You're okay, just breath."

I took some breaths with her and about ten minutes later she started to calm down. Her body relaxed and she let go of my top but didn't stop crying. I kissed her forehead and rocked her back and forth while I sang to her.

She soon fell asleep on top of me and I decided to leave the Instagram posts for now until she woke up. I just lay there with her until she woke up.

She woke up and sat up. She stretched and her top rose up, revealing a band of skin. I kissed over part of it gently and then pulled her back into a cuddle, "Feeling better now?"

"Yeah," she mumbled, "sorry about that
earlier."

"Don't say you're sorry, babe. Is that the first panic attack you've had?"

She shook her head, "No."

"Why didn't you tell me? Have you had them since we've been together?"

"Yeah I have. And I dunno, it was just never relevant. Did you post those pictures onto Instagram?"

"No I didn't. I wanted to make sure you were okay."

"Can we do it now?"

"You want to?"

"Yeah I do," she picked up her phone and I grabbed mine. We posted the photos at the same time and then cuddled up again. I rubbed her back gently.

"You're so beautiful, Jesy, never forget that."

"As long as you promise never to forget gorgeous you are?"

"I promise."

"Then, I promise too."
