Who is she?

" Hey Dylan!"

I shouted down the hallway fixing my light pink cardigan. He nodded towards my direction sending me a small grin.

" What's up Andy!"

He smiled as he gave me an awkward side hug causing my thoughts to become muffled he never did that, ever.

" Nothing really, do you want the other half of my bagel?"

I reached down into my bag, searching for the blueberry bagel it was slightly smashed beneath my lap top.

" Uh sure"

His smile was a bit odd.

" Sorry it's a bit flattened, are you ok?"

I questioned handing him the bagel that was in a small paper bag. Once we made full eye contact his eyes moved slightly to the left. My brown eyes met her hazels causing my cheeks to burn a crimson color.

" Oh I'am so sorry! I didn't see you there hi I'm Andrea, but call me Andy."

I said sweetly, she smiled in return. Damn, she had a killer smile. I was quite frankly a bit jealous of her dirty blonde hair and tall demeanor. Although I did have one thing going for me my American accent, not many students here did. I was the only American in the classes I had been taking.

" it's fine, it's nice to meet you too I'm Drue."

Of course. Her voice rang through my ears like nails to a chalk board, she held no accent and her name was Drue. A cute boy name for a girl, fantastic.

"So Drue what brings you here?"

She sighed responding with

" We'll I was going to an arts school back home in Lomita, you know where that is at right?"

I nodded, as she continued.

" But I just needed change, although I do miss the sun."

A slight pout filled her lips, as my breathing heightened.

" Oh."

" What about you? Dylan says you've been here for almost three years!"

" Yeah Andy why did you move out here you never told me."

Dylan and Drue's curiosity left me speechless.

" Well I suppose I just needed change as well.."

They took my simple answer shrugging.

" Well I'll see you in class, I need to speak with Mr. Noel's about this next semester."

She walked away leaving Dylan and I alone. Although Dylan never averted his attention away from her hips as they swayed swiftly towards the classroom.

" Take a picture it lasts longer."

I said bitterness evident in my tone.

" Damn, she's something. Finally and American babe!"

He rubbed his hands together sighing.

I scoffed, causing him to reevaluate his words.

" No Andy I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude."

Panic was clear in his tone, I chuckled dryly.

" Relax, I actually wanted to talk to you about that... Or this.."

Immediately his posture changed, he understood what I was referring to.

" I knew this would come sooner or later."
