Pic on the side is of Angel Rose, her sister Kayla and her nephew Alexander. :D Oh, and I do hope you guys actually listen to the songs I post with the chapters, as they give a great background mood (at least I think so since I write the chapters to them) to the parts of the story I upload with them. The song with this chapter is called Sacra by Apocalyptica.

Enjoy! :D

Chapter 6

Xavier's POV

 Sir,

I have accumulated the information you had asked for, a few days later than what we had discussed, but I’m sure you’ll understand after looking into the detail I have given that the extra time was well spent.

Enclosed are the subject’s contact details, personal information that you may need or may be of interest to you, and, by your request, my journal keeping track of the subject’s day-to-day schedule.

As discussed the usual payment will suffice – cash posted directly to me at the office. If you have any further requests or concerns, you know how to contact me.

Jerry Yung.

...

Name: Angelina Lily

Surname: Rose

Age: 26

Parents: Markus Henry Rose, Elizabeth Marie Rose (née Sanders)

Sibling(s): Kayla Julie Rose (older)

Other immediate relations: Alexander Matthew Rose (nephew)

Business(es): Angel-Lily Illustrations, ALR & Co. Publications, Angel-Lily Photography & Art Studio

I skimmed over her income and other unnecessary, but granted still fascinating things, her contact details and her home address already logged into my impeccable memory. Sitting back more comfortably in the seat of my car, I skipped through the folder to get to Jerry’s journal, that had recordings of her activities (of which I’d already skimmed through to get to where I currently was but got out anyway), plopping the rest of the navy blue folder onto the passenger seat and placing the black leather book in my lap before I looked back up at the building where the object of my need and desire was currently within.

I shifted once again in my seat, adjusting the volume of the music playing from my stereo to a lower volume and turning up the heating. I had been sat here since ten in the morning and so far I had only saw her once and that was when she had stepped out to go get lunch for herself – though why she did so was beyond me as Jerry clearly stated that she had an assistant.

And hadn’t that been a thing of frustration; the place she came to every weekday was literally within walking distance from my apartment building and she even had to go past that building to get to the Italian restaurant that, according to Jerry’s journal, was seemingly the only place she ate from, and I always went past on my way to work. For her to have been so close and for me to not have known it…I had to clench my fists around the steering wheel in order to reign in my frustration at myself. If I hadn’t have thought of that little quaint restaurant as not good enough for me to even step foot into and had actually gone in there now and again, I could have had her years before.

But that would change. If I was to make any sort of contact with her then I would need to visit it at the same sort of time she would so that I could run into her. Of course I could always contact her with the information Jerry had given me, or maybe solicit her for business, but for (that former reason) I didn’t wish to be confronted by the awkward situation that would arise about how I had her personal details when she had taken such pains to conceal them from prying busy-bodies, and (for the latter reason) something told me that Angelina was very strict in her conduct in business – she was a Rose after all, and she may have unshackled herself as a socialite, but she still had their business acumen in her blood – and she probably had a strict rule against mixing pleasure with business.
