It is you that I am in love with. And I am terrified to tell you this because you might not feel the same way about me. But I need you to know that I would do anything for you. I would protect you with my life. Because just like in a game of chess, the Queen protects the King.
I will always remember everything that we shared. Your words. Your sent. Every inch of your skin. Your touch, your lips, and the way you buried your face in my hair to fall asleep. The beating of your heart when I'm lying beside you and holding your hands. Because for once I was ready. I would have given you everything. I probably still would.
I am scared to ask you if that "date" was just a trick to see my reaction or if you found someone who makes you happy. You just don't seem to understand that when I look at you, my whole body screams "I love you". Every damn time I look at you, my heart skips a beat and I feel like I'm going to weep. How can I be more explicit ? I LOVE YOU. I love you to pieces and it's making me lose my mind. My heart lies with you. I wish you could see it. I can't say the words, I lack courage but I need you to notice.
I am not in a position where I can deny myself an ideal of truthfulness towards you. I need you.
