The Adventures of Nova and Astra(On Hold)

Help-Chapter 1

It was a cold and rainy night.I was walking home at 10 from the diner where i work.All of a sudden a person pops up in front of me.
"I need your help my name is Nova and I am a mage."
I look at her with a cunfuzzled expression on my face.
"I know this is a lot to take in and I'll explain everything later,but will you help me Astra?"
I gasped.

"She knows my name."
I thought to myself.

"I can read minds too,come to think of it so can you.."I study Nova. She has brownish black hair with purple and blue streaks.She looked to be about 5'7,an inch taller than me.Her freckles stood out against her pale skin.She looked a lot like me.I laugh."I guess I can help you.

She exclaims jumping up and down."Oh I just knew you were going to help!"I sigh and shake my head.

"My new best friend has the mind of a 5 year old."I mumble to myself.

"Heard that!"We both start giggling.Taking a breath I start start to ask questions."Woah girl chill, one at a time.Yes,you have powers-I know cool right."How you ask,well shh I was getting to that.It comes natural,skips every hundred generations or so."I gasp."Would you like to know how to fly?"She zooms up giving an example.

"I just have to think right?"I ask Nova a little nervous.I think about flying,the wind rushing towards me and away,I start to float."Look Nova im doing it!I can fly!"I do a few loop-de-loops to show off my new found skills.She laughs at my rough landing"I remember you saying something about time travel,right?"I say with a smirk.

"Yes,yes I did.Would you like to go ride a dinosaur?"She says in a horrible british accent.

"Dont even do that again.How do we time travel?I wanna ride a dinosaur!!"Nova exclaims laughing at my babyish statement.She smirks.

"So think about a brontosaur next to a tree,a star tree, like the ones from "Land before time"-and poof.  You're there.  I'll meet you there!"  Nova vanishes.

"Might as well give it a shot." I say outloud to noone in particular.  "Think about the past...dino time..think about a brontosaur.."  In a flash I was standing next to Nova in dino time.

"You took forever!  I thought I'd have to go and get you." I smiled shyly.

"Lets go ride a dino already." I take Nova by the hand and rush over to the huge dinosaur.  I flew up with Nova and rode the dinosaurs for hours.  After about two hours Nova asked if I wanted to go to the future considering she still needed help.

"Lets hurry Astra we need to save the war stricken future." She automatically made me poof into ruins of the future.  She told me all about the war between humans and hobs.  Hobs are robots with feeling and free will.  The Hob overlord, Zeb keeps making more Hobs.  She took my hand and dragged me to the ruins of the city.  "Lets go kick some Hob ass!"
