Chapter Two: Connect

Aaron let me take a shower, i took a real long shower because i felt like i hadn't bathed in days. When I got out Aaron was laying in his bed. I checked the time.

It was 3 pm i looked back at him taking a shoe and throwing it at his head. "Ouch!" he yelped "what was that for?" he said getting up and rubbing the sore spot on his head.

"That is for being lazy all day" i say "i hate lazy bums like you" i say drying my hair in the mirror. He laughs "I'm talking a break today" i finish drying my hair so i ignored him on that one.

Tying my hair back then i turned "Break from what?" i ask. He smiles "countless things milady" he opens the door and we walk out into a the hallway. 

The hall way was full of pictures and flowers. Aaron opened a door, it was a huge room with lots of men. I'm also pretty sure all of them are werewolves.

"Brothers" Aaron said loudly as if he were announcing something "I show you the one first- one and only living female werewolf alive!" All the werewolves were staring at me. As if i were food. As if i were there prey.

I wasn't going to let my guard down, i stood straight, chin up, as if i were my selves pride. I wasn't going to let these fur-brains going to think of me as their prey. Wait did i just call them fur-brains? Great i'm insulting myself without trying to now. 

My brother waved at me and everyone gave him an evil glare. Especially this guy, he was glaring at my brother as a prey does to its victim. I had to watch out on Jake on this one. Aaron pulled out a chair for me as he sat down himself.

I sat down politely enough. Aaron cleared his throat to speak "Her name is Ash, Ash Ryder the older twin of Jacob Ryder who joined the pack a month ago- Ash the pack would ask you a couple of questions because its best if you don't keep a secret from the pack" I sigh "Ask away" i say tiredly even though i'm so nervous. I'm very good at hiding emotions, feelings, and actions- i'm well trained.

A guy stood up "My names Alvin, my first question on behalf of the pack is what is your occupation" i didn't want to scare them on my first day i looked at Aaron "Werewolves can sniff out lies" he says slowly. I raise a brow, great sense off smell i guess. "Assassin" I say loud and clear.

The guys start laughing "Don't jest me" one of them says i arch my eyebrows "I guess that thing about sniffing lies was a lie after all because if it were a lie i'm pretty sure you would'ave sniffed it out, eh mutt?" I say coldly.

Aaron chuckles a bit "She's not lying, i don't smell any lie" I nod at myself, Alvin nods "Is that all?" he asks. I smile "nop, i'm also a University student along with Jacob" no one laughs this time although some are still grinning. 

"How old are you?" Alvin asks. I raise my brow "hold it, you asked my twin these question a month ago correct?" Alvin nods "Then how come your asking me that? I'm my twins sister, were the same age!" Alvin nods.

Aaron coughs and says "She's 18" everyone nods. I feel like i'm at in court- i guess being female can be a crime. "Who are your parents?" he asks me lean on my right hand "I have no idea- were orphans" the werewolves nod.

"Do you have a lover, fiance, boyfriend?" Alvin asks. "Nope, i'm an assassin who would want to date an Assassin" i say but Alvin grins "Ah, but a top secret Assassin eh? I'm pretty sure no one knows" I nod.

"I'm pretty sure too" Aaron nods and says "Which Assassin corporation do you work for" I can't tell everyone here this. "I can only tell you this" the werewolves start to protest but the Alpha speaks out "I agree with her, no more arguing or the Silver cage is where you'll end up with."
