Peach's POV
I was walking along the road going to school. It was a fair day. Flower stands were opened one by one. And then I realized.
Today's Valentines Day. I said to myself. I don't really celebrate this event often after all I'm still single haha so I just passed by the stands quickly.
But then this little boy ran towards me. He gave me a rose. Aww. How cute of him haha. Who would this flower be from?
I looked at the card attached to it.
"To dearest Peach".
Hmm. That's funny. I don't really think this is from Theo. He doesn't really call me by my first name. I just sigh. I put the rose in my bag and continued walking until I got to school.
There I saw Theo. He was holding a box. He was like looking for someone. I just smiled. Does he have a crush on someone? Haha.
Yah! Theo. I called him. He saw me and then ran towards me.
Yumi yah~ he said and pouted. He's so childish.
Why are you pouting? I asked him. He's acting really weird today. Is he nervous or something? He's so cute.
I waited for you all morning. Where'd you go? He said.
He's right. I really didn't attend school this morning. I was too lazy plus who knows what Chase would surprise Elaine with. I would just get hurt.
I just woke up late. That's all. I lied to him. I don't really want him to worry about me. I'm just not that important.
Oh. Well, in that case, come with me. He said and dragged me to somewhere I don't know haha. He gave me the box he was holding before.
I know this is weird and cheesy but I just wanted to give something to my best friend. So Happy Valentines Yumi! He said while smiling and he reached out the box in his hand. I quickly got it.
I opened it and saw letters and pictures. I just smiled. How cute of him. I appreciate his effort so much.
Yah, open the letters when you're sad. He said while scratching his nape. I just smiled at him and hugged him.
Thanks and sorry. I teasingly said. I'm really quite embarrassed because I didn't get anything for him.
Why? He questioned.
I didn't get anything for you. I said and smiled hahaha.
It's okay. He said while smiling.
Yah stop smiling, you're ugly. I teased.
Aish! He said. And then we ran around the classroom like idiots. Some of our classmates were doing lovey dovey stuff but who the heck cares. Hanging out with my best friend is the best valentines I ever experienced.
