Charming's pov

My wife kept suprising me. I was barely awake and she had already found out that we were in the future, made a friend and found us a place to stay.

Lily led us to her house, which wasn't really big. It was a really little farm.

"Thank you so much for letting us stay here" Snow said.

"No problem really" Lily answered. She seemed really nice.

That was when we saw a dove flying torwards lily's house. It landed on Snow's shoulder. She took of the little note that was tied to its paw and read it.

"It's Emma.."She said.
"She is wondering where we are."

"Is there any way that we can sent a message back?" I asked snow.

"I dont think so, there arent any Portals anymore.."

"You want to sent a message to the past?" Lily asked in disbelieve.

"Yeah, our daughter is worried about us" Snow answered.

Lily didn't say anything but went on with what she was doing.

"Dinner is almost ready"she finally said with a smile. We returned the smile and helped her with the last preparations.

****during dinner****

We were all sitting at the really small table in the really small house. This reminded me of my farming days.

"The woman that has been taking care of you, what is she like?" Snow finally said with a smile.

"She is really nice, she takes good care of me." Lily simply answered.

"Whats her name? maybe we knew her." I said

She thought for a while, perhaps if she could really trust us. We were strangers after all.

"Her name is Callie"

"I dont think we know a Callie" I said to Snow and she nodded.

"and what about your birthparents?"Snow asked carefully, scared that Lily wouldn't want to talk about it.

"They died right after I was born, I have no idea who they are" She said sadly.

"I am sorry" Snow said.

"Thats oke, can't grieve over someone you have never met, now can you?" She smiled again.

Snow smiled aswell, as did I. The rest of the evening was just telling each other about ourselves and getting to know one another. We had a fun night, but I desperately wanted to return to the past.
