Henry's pov

The pain was still really bad. I dont know how long I've been been here, but I am guessing about a couple days. I also dont know where here is.. I haven't really woken up yet. I have hallucinated more about my mom coming to save me, but I dont think she ever will. Just as I was thinking about it, it was time for a new hallucination.. Yay..

My mom walked in. Well, I only saw some colours and shapes but I could clearly recognize her blonde hair and her voice.

"Henry, are you okay?" I tried to move, but the pain was to much. I was inable of answering her.

"It's okay, you dont have to talk, I know you're in pain." She said. I wasn't sure if this was a hallucination anymore. Maybe this was real.. Maybe the torture was really over.. Maybe I was saved..

My mom gave me a slight kiss on my forehead and wanted to walk out but I grabbed her hand and squeezed. I didn't want to be alone. I needed to know if this was real or not.
She sat down on my bed again and smiled.

"You're gonna be fine" she said. I think she was acctually reassuring herself instead of me. Tears started running down her cheeks.

****one month later****

Most of my wounds were compleetly healed. My whole back was full of scars though, but I thought it looked kinda badass. There was also some serious permanent damage, but not much. Walking was a bit harder as he had hit my spine a lot, but I was getting used to it again. I just wasn't really fast anymore.

My mom tried to heal me with magic but she kinda failed, plus I wanted to heal naturally. I know that they are all just trying to help me, but for once, I wanted to be normal, no magic involved.

My mom was now five months pregnant. The final battle was getting closer and closer, and honestly, I was terrified. I wasn't as fast as I used to be and I really didn't want to get tortured again. And what if my parents really wont be able to save baby Eva? What if they cant change fate? What if all of this is ment to happen?

No, that cant be.. Eva said my parents gave her up for their lives, and they would never in a million years give up their child, no matter what they would get in return.. Right?
