Secret Admirer

Chapter 15

Kaleigh started pulling out ingredients. From what I could tell we were making spegetti and garlic bread.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked "umm turn the oven on to 350°, then cut the loaf of bread in to thick-ish slices , then spread a small amount of butter on each slice, and put some garlic salt on each slice, and lastly put them in the oven until the edges are slightly brown." She explained.


I started making the toast and after about 30 minuets everything was ready. I set the table for 6, me,bay ,Cam, Justin,Kaleigh,and Cam's dad.


"Dinner!" Kaleigh shouted,everybody filed to the dining table. We all sat down and started passing around the bowl of spegetti and plate of garlic bread. After about 2 or 3 minuets of silent eating Cam's dad started talking "sorry I haven't introduced my self, but I'm Liam" I said "I'm Peyton," and bay said "I'm Bayra" we ate in silence for the remainder of dinner.

After dinner Kaleigh and I went to grab desert and desert plates. I put a plate in everyone's place while Kaleigh went behind me with the chocolate cake. Kaleigh got many complements on her desert. Afterwards I decided that it was time for us to leave we said our goodbyes, and left.

After we walked to my house Bay had to go back to hers. I walked over to my closet and grabbed a black tank top and a pair of red sleep pants and my under clothes, an went to shower.

Washing my hair I was thinking about our time at Cam's house, and how much fun it was. I finished my shower and put on my clothes,then crawled into my bed and went straight to sleep.


"Peyton... Peyton....Peyton" I groaned and opened my eyes slightly to see who it was. Cam was standing next to my bed whispering my name. "What do you want?"I practically growled at him. "Wake up!" He smiled happily. "Get out so I can get ready," I said as he walked out my door.


Rubbing the sleep outta my eyes I walked over to my closet, to decide what to wear, I finally decided on a elbow length thin white see through shirt, a cami underneath,and a pair of blue jean shorts. I straightened my hair brushed my teeth and put on my white sandals. Walking down the stairs I almost fall but catch myself with the railing. When I reach the kitchen aera my moms cooking breakfast and talking to Cam, I walk in and sit on the stool next to Cam "Mom, what are you making?" I ask "Fried eggs and bacon." She replies softly.



She places plate in front of both of and starts to clean up after herself. "How was your sleep?" I asked "pretty good. How about you?" He replied "Good until you woke me!" I said with a slight laugh,he joined me.


We finished breakfast "What do you wanna do today?" I asked while I was putting plates in the dish washer. "Umm... How about we go get ice cream?" "Ummm.... Can we walk around first? I'm kinda full..." He laughed at my awkwardness. "Yeah I was thinking we go to the park or whatever." I hummed in approval. "Bye mom bye dad!" I shouted as we walk out the door.



"Do you wanna go swim before we get ice cream?" " Cameron you know I don't have a swimming suit!" I yelled "you can just use the one you used yesterday."he laughed at me. "Uggg.. Okay," I agreed "BUT" "But what?" He groaned " you have to give me a piggy back ride" I said child like he laughed and said "Hop on the Cam express!"


We were both in the pool messing around when a little boy about 4ish came out the sliding door.



"John, c'mere" Cam shouted from beside me, the little boy ,I'm guessing his name is John, ran to the edge of the pool and jumped as far as he could just about reaching Cam. He grabbed the little boy and said "John this is Peyton," John smiled and said "My names John!" "Hi!"I smiled at him.


We swam till just about 10 at night and Cam offered to let me sleep in one of the guest bedrooms, so I agreed after asking my mom.


"I don't have anything to sleeeppp in," I whined in a playful maner "Well go up the stairs and the 3 rd door on your left will be my cousin's room ask her for some clothes!" He told me.


I walked down the longish hall and counted 1.... 2.... 3... And knocked a voice spoke "Come in!" I walked in ad said "umm.... Hi, I'm Peyton," I said shyly "Hi I'm Auddiee-Lynn" I smiled and said "umm... Well...." She laughed at me and jokingly said "What do you want?" I lightly laughed. "We'll... Do you have a set of pyjamas I can borrow?" She laughed and walked over to her closet and grabbed a white tank top and a pair of black shorts and threw them in my face. Laughing I thanked her then asked her where the bathroom was and she told me that it was right across the hall. I quickly changed and found a brush and dragged it through my hair and put it in a messy bun.



Returning to the living room I find Cam laying on the couch watching some tv show. I quietly walked behind it and around the side and sat on the bottom of his legs. He jumped and just about knocked me off the couch. I starting laughing so hard my stomach almost instantly. He looked at me and I instantly stopped laughing, he finally spoke "you think that scaring the crap outta me is funny?" He looked almost mad I quickly said "Nope,not at all" he smiled evilly and started tickling me.


I started pleading for him to stop. "Please *laugh* stop *laugh*" over and over again. He finally said "Say 'Cameron Payne is the sexiest person on this earth' and ill stop." I groaned and started speaking "Cameron Payne is the sexiest person on this earth" with that he stopped.



We decided to watch a movie. I sat next to Cam ,sharing a blanket, after around thirty minuets, my eyes started feeling heavy. I rested my head on Cam's shoulder and I felt my self fall asleep.

When I woke up I opened my eyes and saw Cam,I quickly closed my eyes back and realised that he was carrying me. He opened a door and I'm guessing walked over to a bed and laid me down, kissing my forehead I herd the door close, and went back to sleep.
