The next day...
*Noemi’s POV*
I woke up in the best mood ever! Not only because I was cuddling with Niall and holding his hand but because he gave me a kiss on the forehead after he tucked me in! I swear he’s a total sweetheart! When Aracely was awake, I told her what happened and she smiled and said “that’s really cute! I just don’t know how you don’t see that he’s really into you!” I laughed and said “Just like you don’t see that Liam really likes you too?” My best friend was about to say something when we heard a knock on the door. “Come in” we both yelled and Harry pokes his head inside and says “Get ready. We’re leaving in an hour. Aracely, Liam needs to ask you something.” and he walks away without even looking at me. Aracely noticed the awkwardness between us and gave me a confused look. That’s how I remembered that I didn’t tell her what had happened while everyone else was out eating. So I told her about what Harry and I were talking about. When I finished, my petite best friend seemed to be lost in thought. I was about to ask her what she thought when she suddenly said “Harry’s right, love. You know you can’t hold on to grudges forever. At one point, you’ll have to forgive her.” Something about the way she said it made me realize that I have to do the right thing. So after I finished getting ready [I was done before Aracely] I told her I was going to look for Harry. I needed to talk to him. I knew exactly what I had to do. I realized I didn't need Liam's advice after all. But I still want to ask him what he thinks about this. I want to hear what he has to say.
*Aracely’s POV*
While we went to another exotic restaurant, Noemi announced that tonight she was going back to California because she had to pack for her cross country camp trip. The boys were a little sad that she was leaving but they calmed down a bit when Noemi told them she was staying at the San Mateo Campground. I don’t know why they relaxed so quickly. I guess that’s where they’d be headed for their next venue. “Are you going back with Noemi?” Liam asked nervously. “Honestly guys, I don’t really know what I’m going to do.” I said honestly. Noemi had told me I could stay with the boys, but I missed my family so that’s what made it hard for me to go back. The boys looked a bit sad again and I smiled my biggest smile and said “It won’t be for long. I promise.” I guess I made my decision without realizing it. Although I was talking to all of them,
I was mainly referring to Liam, since I didn’t want to leave him. “Let’s not be sad and just waste a perfectly beautiful day! We have to make the most of it. Specially for me and you, Aracely, since it’s our SENIOR YEAR!!!” I smiled at my best friend. It was Saturday and we were in Vegas. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun, as they say. Anyways, Zayn smiles as he spoke up and said “Noemi’s right. I may not be correct on this, but something tells me that you mean we have to have fun on your last year of secondary school.” “You mean high school?” I say and Zayn just looks at me and says “Yeah sure whatever.” and we all smile and agree to do something fun. Louis pulls out his phone and a couple of minutes later, he says “Since it’s really hot today, why don’t we go to this place called Wet ‘N’ Wild? It’s a water place.” As soon as Louis suggested it, we agreed to go. So after Harry got the check and paid for our breakfast, he and Zayn took off because they wanted Arpi and Perrie to go with all of us. I looked at Noemi to see if she would object about Arpi, but she didn’t seem to mind it at all. ‘Oh boy, this is going to get awkward.’ I thought as we headed back to the hotel to get ready to go to the water park.
*Louis’ POV*
‘Since Eleanor is trying to get Arpi’s side of the story, I think I’ll see what Noemi has to say.’ I thought to myself as we were all getting in the rental van outside the hotel after Noemi and Aracely went to change. After all, she wasn’t the one who told us what had happened between her and Arpi. I decided I would drive since I may or may not have overheard Liam talking to Niall about fancying Aracely. I heard Noemi giggle and I decided to sass with her a little. “What’s so funny?” I demanded. “I heard you weren’t that great a driver” Noemi managed to say after she stopped laughing. Everyone laughed, except me since I feigned hurt. “Fine then Ms. Noemi! I’d like to see you drive!” I sassed back. The lads just rolled their eyes at me since they knew how sassy I like to be. “I’m so down for that! Now get out of my way!” Noemi sassed back. “Oh no! There’s two sassy people here! With one is enough! We don’t need any more trouble!” I heard Liam say. We were all in hysterics. When we were able to calm down, I moved back so Noemi could drive. She started out very slow. I started being sassy again and said “Drive faster, you old lady!” which got everyone laughing again, except Noemi. She looked to concentrated. I smirked to myself and thought ‘I knew I was a better driver!’ then Noemi said something under her breath. Once we got into the freeway, the van started going at a speed I never thought possible. We were all holding on for our dear lives. “Woah Noemi! Slow down! You’re going to get us killed if you keep driving like this!” I yelled. Right when I said that, it looked as though a car was going to hit us and Noemi quickly swerved the van just in time to escape the car. Noemi had a smirk on her face and asked Niall “Does HE [by he, she meant me] drive like that?” Niall was laughing so hard, he was barely able to say “No. You, my darling, drive so much better than this cunt!” And once again, we were all cracking up. Noemi had slowed down a little and drove at a normal 75 mph. We finally got out of the freeway and were making our way to the water/theme park. Once we were out of the van, Liam, and Aracely said they were going to buy the tickets while Noemi and I were to wait for Zayn, Perrie, Eleanor, Harry and Arpi to arrive. While we were waiting, I took the opportunity to ask Noemi about Arpi. But I acted oblivious to it so I asked her “Do you know Arpi?” I must have gotten her off guard because her eyes widened but then she looked normal again and said “Yeah I know her.
