I check left and I check right. Everyone's asleep as I slowly sneak out of the mansion. I check for the guard next, he has fallen asleep as always. As I walk past the gate I keep my eyes on the guard. Upon exiting the drive way I do a victory dance. Yes, I am running away from my house. Finally. I am tired of all the bullshit I suffer from in that house. I am relieved it has finally ended, I know that it might be temporary but temporary works too. I stop at the bus stop and wait for the opportunities that await and also the bus.

"You seem new here, lemme make you a drink", the old bartender with a beer stomach says. "Uh yeah I am new here but no I'm good without the drink". "Whatever you say" he gets back to his work. I am in a club and I don't know where I am geographically. This is what I do, I go from places to places, like a wanderer. As I watch the sweaty people dance on the floor, a girl with silky maroon hair which shines as the club's lights reflect on it, enters. I stare at her, in the darkness of the club she probably won't be informed of my gaze. She is shy, almost as if she was pretending to be a party animal. She walks towards the bar and I eavesdrop, "Can I have whatever you have, like the best, in, uh, lots, lots of quantity?", she says. The bartender crookedly smiles, "sure". I don't know her but I stay here, looking after her. She gulps down glasses after glasses of red wine. I know how wrong this can go if she loses her sense of thinking because of being too drunk so I don't move, I instead watch as she empties almost a bottle of red wine. After she appeared too drunk, the bartender tries to make a move on her. I immediately glare at him and he backs off. I guide her out of the club and tell her, "come let's go". //
